Claims (7)
- 프로필렌 단일중합체와 프로필렌-에틸렌 공중합체로 구성된 프로필렌 중합체, 에틸렌-α-올레핀 공중합체 고무, 스틸렌 함유 공중합체 고무 및 극성기를 함유하는 변성 폴리프로필렌으로 이루어진 올레핀계 수지조성물에 있어서,(A) 펜타드 분율(%mmmm) 96% 이상의 프로필렌 단일중합체 1 ~ 50중량%와 극한점도[η]가 3.0 ~ 6.0 ㎗/g인 프로필렌-에틸렌 공중합체 50 ~ 99중량%로 구성된 프로필렌 중합체 30 ~ 70 중량%, (B) 에틸렌-α-올레핀 공중합체 고무 1 ~ 10 중량%, (C) 스틸렌 함유 공중합체 고무 1 ~ 10 중량%, (D) 극성기를 함유하는 변성 폴리프로필렌 1 ~ 10 중량%, (E) 운모 1 ~ 30 중량% 및 (F) 유리섬유 1 ~ 30 중량%를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리프로필렌 수지조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 프로필렌 단일중합체는 극한점도가 0.7 ∼ 2.5 ㎗/g이고,상기 프로필렌 에틸렌 공중합체는 에틸렌의 함량이 3 ∼ 20 중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리프로필렌 수지 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 변성 폴리프로필렌은 폴리프로필렌 공중합체에 말레인산, 아크릴산, 메타아크릴산, 무수말레인산, 디메틸올파라옥틸페놀 및 그의 유도체 중에서 선택된 1종 또는 2종 이상의 불포화 카르본산이 0.5 중량% 그라프트된 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리프로필렌 수지 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 운모는 평균입경이 5 ∼ 500㎛, 평균 아스팩트비가 10 ~ 110, 부피밀도가 0.15 ~ 0.35 g/cc인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리프로필렌 수지조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 유리섬유는 평균지름이 3 ~ 18 ㎛, 집속제 부착량이 0.01 ~ 2.0 중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리프로필렌 수지조성물.
- 상기 청구항 1의 조성성분으로 이루어진 것으로, 멜트인덱스(MI)가 3 ∼ 20 g/10min인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리프로필렌 수지 조성물.
- 상기 청구항 1의 폴리프로필렌 수지 조성물이 사출성형되어 이루어진 자동차 패드타입의 인스트루먼트 판넬의 기재용 성형품.
