Claims (4)
- 크랭크 핀, 크랭크 아암, 크랭크 저널, 밸런싱 웨이트 등이 마련되는 크랭크 샤프트와, 상기 크랭크 샤프트와 연결하기 위해 대단부에 크랭크 핀 공이 마련되는 커넥팅 로드의 결합구조에 있어서,크랭크 핀(31)과 크랭크 저널(32)은 각각 크랭크 아암(33)과 분리된 채로 형성되고, 상기 크랭크 아암(33)의 측면에 마련되는 축공(35)에 상기 크랭크 핀(31)과 크랭크 저널(32)이 끼워맞춤되도록 크랭크 샤프트(30)가 형성되고,상기 크랭크 핀(31)이 결합되기 위한 크랭크 핀 공(42)이 분할되지 않고 커넥팅 로드(40)의 대단부(41)에 관통된 채로 형성되고,상기한 크랭크 샤프트(30)와 커넥팅 로드(40) 간의 결합은 상기한 커넥팅 로드(40)의 크랭크 핀 공(42)에 크랭크 핀(31)을 끼운 상태에서 크랭크 핀(31)의 양측단이 상기한 크랭크 아암(33)의 축공(35)에 끼워맞춤하도록 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 크랭크 샤프트와 컨넥팅 로드의 결합구조.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기한 크랭크 아암(33)에 크랭크 핀(31)을 끼워맞춤하는 과정에서 상기 크랭크 핀(31)은 크랭크 아암(33)의 축공(35)에 열박음공정을 거쳐 결합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 크랭크 샤프트와 컨넥팅 로드의 결합구조.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기한 크랭크 핀(31)과 크랭크 핀 공(42) 사이에는 마찰저감을 위한 부쉬(45)가 개재되는 것을 특징으로 하는 크랭크 샤프트와 컨넥팅 로드의 결합구조.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기한 크랭크 아암(33)에는 밸런싱 웨이트(34)가 일체로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 크랭크 샤프트와 컨넥팅 로드의 결합구조.
