Claims (1)
- 지면에 대해 경사각을 갖는 방전로가 트레드부의 언더트레드에서 융기하여 캡트레드를 관통하며 형성된 타이어를 압출하는 트리익스트루더(Tri-extruder)를 구비한 압출성형장치의 헤드부분에 장착되어 캡트레드와 언더트레드 및 트레드윙을 각각 압출성형하여 상기 각부분을 결합시키어 트레드부를 제조하는 장치로서 프리폼다이와 파이널다이와 카세트로 이루어진 다이세트에 있어서,프리폼다이에 형성된 캡트레드고무조성물의 압출성형유로인 캡트레드압출로의 공간을 좌우로 분할하는 판면이 압출성형유로의 천정면과 바닥면을 경사지게 연결하며 캡트레드압출로에 형성된 방전로블록과;프리폼다이에 형성된 언더트레드 고무조성물의 압출성형유로인 언더트레드압출로의 배면측 천정면의 폭 중간쯤에 상방향으로 오목하게 파여져 형성된 삼각요홈이 구비된 트레드 방전로를 갖는 타이어 압출성형장치의 다이세트.
