Claims (4)
- 플라즈마를 이용한 배기가스의 처리방법에 있어서, 플라즈마 반응기의 충진물로서 천연 암석인 송이를 사용하여 NO를 NO2로 산화시키는 단계; 및상기 NO2를 질소로 환원시키는 단계를 포함하며,상기 송이는 유전체 및 촉매인 것을 특징으로 하는 질소산화물의 처리방법.
- 삭제
- 제 1항에 있어서, 에틸렌을 첨가하여 고온에서 NO2로의 산화반응을 촉진하는 것을 특징으로 하는 질소산화물의 처리방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 암모니아를 첨가하여 질소로의 환원반응을 촉진하는 것을 특징으로 하는 질소산화물의 처리방법.
