Claims (7)
- 진행방향으로 기 설정된 길이의 대롱 형상을 이루면서 나선형으로 감겨지고, 양 단자가 일측방향을 향하도록 배치되는 중공(中空)형 유도코일;상기 중공형 유도코일의 양 단자에 전류를 공급할 수 있도록 각각 연결되며, 그 내부에 관통공이 형성되어 상기 중공형 유도코일선의 내부 관통공과 연통되는 한 쌍의 중공형 전류 공급선;상기 전류 공급선의 외피(外皮)를 이루는 전류 공급선 도관;상기 한 쌍의 중공형 전류 공급선의 사이에 배치되어 용접와이어 송급기로부터 송급되는 용접와이어를 상기 중공형 유도코일의 내부를 지나도록 안내하는 용접와이어 도관;상기 전류 공급선과 그 내부가 연통되도록 연결되는 중공형 2차 전류 출력선(2차 권선)과, 외부 전원과 연결되어 이로부터 입력전류를 공급받는 1차 전류 입력선(1차 권선)을 구비하는 변압기;상기 중공형 2차 전류 출력선의 측면에 부착 형성되고, 상기 2차 전류 출력선의 내부 관통공과 연통되어 냉각수를 공급하는 냉각수 유입관;상기 중공형 2차 전류 출력선의 측면에 부착 형성되고, 상기 2차 전류 출력선의 내부 관통공과 연통되어 냉각수가 배출되는 냉각수 유출관; 및상기 2차 전류 출력선의 관통공 내부에 상기 냉각수 유입관과 냉각수 유출관을 분리하는 내부순환 방지막을 포함하는 유도가열방식을 이용한 용접와이어의 가열 및 송급장치.
