Description
Claims (8)
- 광섬유 유닛 공급부;상기 광섬유 유닛 공급부로부터 공급되는 광섬유 유닛의 유입을 위한 입구와, 상기 입구에 연통되는 한편, 기체압력 포설용 튜브의 결합을 위한 출구가 형성된 송풍헤드;상기 송풍헤드에 유입되는 광섬유 유닛에 기체압력을 가하여 상기 포설용 튜브 내부로 광섬유 유닛을 삽입하는 가압수단; 및상기 송풍헤드의 일측에 설치되는 탄성을 가진 모(毛)형 섬유의 집합체로서, 그 섬유 단부가 유입되는 광섬유 유닛의 외주를 둘러싸며 접촉되어 유체의 누설을 방지하는 섬유실링부;를 포함하는 광섬유 유닛 포설장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,공급되는 광섬유 유닛을 사이에 두고 양측에서 회전하면서 광섬유 유닛을 상기 포설용 튜브 내로 밀어 넣는 구동롤러부;를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광섬유 유닛 포설장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 모형 섬유가 정전기 제거기능을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 광섬유 유닛 포설장치.
- 제 3항에 있어서,상기 모형 섬유가 유기물 섬유 또는 아크릴 섬유인 것을 특징으로 하는 광섬유 유닛 포설장치.
- 제 3항에 있어서,상기 모형 섬유가 고분자 섬유인 것을 특징으로 하는 광섬유 유닛 포설장치.
- 제 5항에 있어서,상기 고분자 섬유가 카본, 금속 또는 금속이온을 함유하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 광섬유 유닛 포설장치.
- 제 5항에 있어서,상기 고분자 섬유가 폴리에틸렌 또는 폴리프로필렌 중합체인 것을 특징으로 하는 광섬유 유닛 포설장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 모형 섬유가 상기 광섬유 유닛의 진행방향으로 기울어진 것을 특징으로 하는 광섬유 유닛 포설장치.
