Claims (2)
- 폐고무 가공연료를 시용하는 연소장치에 있어서,폐고무 가공 고형연료를 수집 적재하는 호퍼(10)가 최상부에 형성되어 하부의 1차 연소실(20)과 연통되고, 내구성이 좋은 철재 외벽(21a)의 내측으로는 내열성과 단열성이 좋은 내화재 성형 내벽(21b)으로 견고하게 벽체(21)를 구성하고 벽체(21) 일측면에는 착화를 위한 점화버너(22)를 착설하고 바닥으로는 구동모터(25)에 연동되어 좌우로 요동하는 로스톨(26)을 장착하여 1차 연소실(20)을 구성하여 호퍼(10)에서 낙하되는 고형연료를 고온에서 직접 연소시켜 미연소 가스와 연소 잔재를 2차 연소실(30)로 낙하시키고, 부정형(不定型) 내화재로서 캐스터블로 성형된 사각형의 내벽(33a) 외주로 열반사판 기능의 세라믹 코팅된 철재 외벽(33b)을 관통하고 블럭의 중심을 향하여 45도 각도 하향 경사지게 공기분출공(34)이 일체로 성형된 단위 열필터 블럭(31) 사이로 미연소가스와 잔재가 통과하는 연소가스통로(35)가 형성되게 다수개 수평으로 연설하고, 연설된 격실 공간구조의 열필터 블럭(31) 중앙과 열필터 블럭(31) 외주에 형성된 공기통로(32)가 송풍기(37)와 연통되어 압력 손실이 적고 하향 흡인력이 큰 고속의 회류공기를 공급하여 지속적이며 폭발적인 연소가 되게끔 에어자켓이 형성된 2차 연소실(30)을 1차연소실(20) 하부에 결합하여 1차 연소실(20)에서 불완전 연소된 연소가스를 흡인 재연소하여 완전 연소하게 하며, 2차 연소실(30) 하부의 연소재를 회수하는 재받이부(40)는 모터(41)로 구동되는 이송 스크류(42)에 연결하고, 2차 연소실(30) 하부 공간에 격벽으로 구획된 측면 연도의 끝단 공간부로는 일단이 개방되게 3차 연소실(50)을 형성하여, 2단계 연소과정을 거친 연소 가스가 3차 연소실(50)의 측벽(51)에 형성된 가스 분사공(51a)에서 측방으로 분사 배출되는 고온의 가열 가스와 향류접촉 혼합되어 연소된 다음 연소가스 배출구(52)로 배출되게 함을 특징으로 하는 폐고무 가공 고형연료를 사용하는 하향식 다단 연소장치
- 제 1항에 있어서, 열필터 블럭(31)의 경사진 공기분출공(34) 중 3차 연소실(50)과 연접하여 측단에 위치하는 열필터 블럭(31) 일측의 공기분출공(34)은 측방으로 분사되어 3차 연소실(50)로 유입되게 수평으로 형성하므로서 2차연소실(30)에서 발생되는 고온의 연소가스 중 일부를 3차 연소실(50)에서 재활용하게 함을 특징으로 하는 폐고무 가공 고형연료를 사용하는 하향식 다단 연소장치
