Abstract
Description
Claims (7)
- a) 격리막의 한면 중 일부분에 복수의 음극판을 서로 인접하게 접착하는 단계, b) 상기 격리막의 타면 중 일부분에 복수의 양극판을 서로 인접하게 접착하는 단계, c) 전극판이 미접착된 격리막 부분을 접어 전극판을 감싸는 단계, d) 격리막에 의해 감싸진 전극판을 전극판 사이에 형성된 접음선을 따라 일정한 방향으로 순차 접어 적층체를 제조하는 단계, 및 e) 상기 적층체를 외장재의 홈에 넣고 전해액을 주입한 후 포장하는 단계를 포함하는 적층형 리튬이차전지의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 양극판 및 음극판이 각각 양극활물질 및 음극활물질이 전류집전체의 한면 또는 양면에 코팅된 것임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 양극활물질이 리튬 전이금속 산화물인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 음극활물질이 금속성 리튬, 리튬 합금, 탄소 또는 흑연인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 격리막은 폴리에틸렌, 폴리프로필렌, 폴리비닐리덴플루오라이드, 헥사프로필렌플루오라이드, 폴리에틸렌옥사이드 및 이들의 혼합물로 구성되는 군에서 선택된 다공성 필름인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 전해질이 액체형 전해질, 젤형 폴리머 전해질 또는 고체형 폴리머 전해질인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 탭을 갖는 복수의 음극판, 탭을 갖는 복수의 양극판, 상기 음극판과 양극판을 분리시키는 격리막, 및 전해질을 포함하는 적층형 리튬이차전지에 있어서, 상기 격리막은 연결된 두 겹의 필름이 안쪽에서 바깥쪽으로 일정한 방향으로 접혀진 형태를 가지며, 두겹의 필름 사이에 형성된 공간에 음극판과 양극판이 교대로 위치하고, 음극판의 탭은 음극판끼리, 양극판 탭은 양극판끼리 서로 중첩되는 것을 특징으로 하는 적층형 리튬이차전지.
