Claims (9)
- i) 재조합 레트로 바이러스 벡터로 트랜스펙션(transfection)된 세포주의 배양액을 원심분리에 의해 농축시키는 단계; 및ii) 농축된 배양액을 글리신, 라이신, 세린, 알라닌 또는 이들의 혼합물로부터 선택되는 아미노산 및 마니톨, 포도당, 락토스, 수크로스, 갈락토스, 프룩토스, 이들을 포함하는 다당체 또는 이들의 혼합물로부터 선택되는 당을 포함하는 부형제로 현탁시키는 단계를 포함하는, 1X107 내지 1X1011 입자수/㎖로 농축된 레트로 바이러스 현탁액의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,레트로 바이러스가 소포성 구내염 바이러스(Vesicular stomatitis virus; VSV)임을 특징으로 하는 방법.

- 1X107 내지 1X1011 입자수/㎖의 재조합 레트로 바이러스; 1 내지 100㎎/㎖의 글리신, 라이신, 세린, 알라닌 또는 이들의 혼합물로부터 선택되는 아미노산; 및 1 내지 50㎎/㎖의 마니톨, 포도당, 락토스, 수크로스, 갈락토스, 프룩토스, 이들을 포함하는 다당체 또는 이들의 혼합물로부터 선택되는 당을 포함하는 레트로 바이러스 현탁액.
- 제 1 항에 따른 방법으로 제조된 레트로 바이러스 현탁액을 이용하여 세포주를 감염시키는 단계를 포함하는, 세포주의 유전형질을 변화시키는 방법.
- 제 8 항에 있어서,세포주가 인간을 포함한 포유동물 세포주 또는 가금을 포함한 조류 세포주임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
