Claims (4)
- 3% 이상의 고결정수 철광석을 소결 원료로 사용하는 소결광 제조방법에 있어서,상기 소결광 제조에 사용되는 사문암과 규석의 입도를 1 ~ 8㎜로 하고, 산화도가 낮은 저급철산화물을 첨가하여 소결하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고결정수 철광석 배합시의 소결광 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 저급철산화물의 배합비는 상기 고결정수 철광석이 소결 원료중에서 차지하는 무게 구성비에 비례하여 배합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 고결정수 철광석 배합시의 소결광 제조방법.
- 3% 이상의 고결정수 철광석을 소결 원료로 사용하는 소결광 제조방법에 있어서,미파쇄된 저급철산화물을 생석회 0.5~2.0%와 함께 상기 고결정수 철광석에 첨가하고, 드럼 믹서에서 수분을 첨가하면서 혼합 및 조립하여 상기 고결정수 철광석 표면에 상기 저급철산화물을 부착시키며, 상기 사전처리된 원료를 드럼 믹서에서 다른 소결원료와 혼합 및 조립한 후 소결하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고결정수 철광석 배합시의 소결광 제조방법.
- 제 1항 또는 제 3항에 있어서, 상기 저급철산화물은 우스타이트와 금속철을 포함하는 밀스케일 또는 제강 슬러지로 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고결정수 철광석 배합시의 소결광 제조방법.
