Claims (16)
- 50% v/v 이상의 C1 -4-카복실산의 C1 -6-알킬 에스테르를 포함하는 용매내에서 나이트로화시키는 것을 특징으로 하며, 질산 및 황산의 혼합물을 포함하는 나이트로화제로 방향족 또는 헤테로방향족 화합물을 나이트로화시키는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 방향족 또는 헤테로방향족 화합물이 치환된 페닐 링인 방법.
- 50% v/v 이상의 C1 -4-카복실산의 C1 -6-알킬 에스테르를 포함하는 용매내에서 나이트로화시키는 것을 특징으로 하며, 질산 및 황산의 혼합물을 포함하는 나이트로화제와 하기 화학식(2)의 화합물을 반응시키는 것을 포함하는 하기 화학식(1) 화합물의 제조 방법.[화학식 1]식중, R1은 수소 또는 C1 -6-알킬, C2 -6-알케닐 또는 C2 -6-알키닐(할로겐 및 하이드록시에서 선택된 하나 이상의 치환체들로 임의 치환될 수 있음) 또는 COOR4; COR6; CONR4R5 또는 CONHSO2R4이고; R2는 수소 또는 할로이며; R3는 C1-6-알킬, C2-6-알케닐 또는 C2-4-알키닐(하나 이상의 할로겐 원자들로 임의 치환될 수 있음) 또는 할로이고; R4 및 R5는 독립적으로 수소 또는 하나 이상의 할로겐 원자들로 임의 치환된 C1-4-알킬이며; R6는 할로겐 원자 또는 그룹 R4임.[화학식 2]식중, R1, R2 및 R3는 화학식(1)에 대하여 정의한 바와 같음.
- 전기한 항들 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 용매가 에틸, 프로필 또는 n-부틸 에스테르인 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 용매가 n-부틸 아세테이트인 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 용매가 75% v/v 이상의 C1 -4-카복실산의 C1 -6-알킬 에스테르를 포함하는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 아세트산 무수물 존재하에 나이트로화시키는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 반응 혼합물에 황산 및 질산을 순차적으로 가하는 방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 질산의 농도가 90% 이상인 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 황산:출발물질의 비가 0.1:1-0.3:1인 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제3항에 있어서, -15-15℃의 온도에서 반응을 수행하는 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, R2가 클로로, R3가 트리플루오로메틸인 방법.
- 제12항에 있어서, 화학식(1)의 화합물이 5-(2-클로로-α,α,α-트리플루오로-4-톨일옥시)-2-니트로벤조산(아시플루오르펜) 또는 5-(2-클로로-α,α,α-트리플루오로-4-톨일옥시)-N-메탄설포닐-2-니트로벤즈아미드(포메사펜)인 방법.
- 제13항에 있어서, 화학식(1)의 화합물이 아시플루오르펜이고 아시플루오르펜을 포메사펜으로 전환시키는 단계를 추가로 포함하는 방법.
- 제14항에 있어서, 아시플루오르펜을 이의 산 클로라이드로 전환시키는 단계 및 상기 산 클로라이드를 메탄 설폰아미드로 처리하여 포메사펜을 얻는 단계를 포함하는 방법.
