Description
Claims (11)
- 유체출입포트(66a, 66b)로부터 압력유체를 도입함으로써 본체(12)의 축방향을 따라 슬라이더(20)를 왕복동작시키는 선형액츄에이터에 있어서,축방향을 따라 관통하는 관통홀(28)을 가지며, 상기 관통홀(28)과 연통하는 개구부(26)가 상기 슬라이더(20)의 측면에 형성되는 본체(12)와,상기 관통홀(28)의 내부에 축방향을 따라서 변위가 자유롭게 설치되는 단일 피스톤(46)과,상기 축방향에 대하여 직교하는 방향으로 연결되며, 상기 축방향에 대하여 직교하는 방향으로 형성되는 결합홀(52)에 상기 개구부(24)를 통해서 삽입되는 로드(58)를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 선형액츄에이터.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 결합홀(52)의 직경은 상기 결합홀(52)에 삽입되는 상기 로드(58)의 직경보다 큰 것을 특징으로 하는 선형액츄에이터.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 결합홀(52)의 직경은 상기 축방향의 치수 B보다 축방향에 직교하는 방향의 치수 C가 크게 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 선형액츄에이터.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 피스톤(46)은 수지제 재료에 의해 일체로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 선형액츄에이터.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 관통홀(28)의 내부에는 원통부재(45a, 45b)가 삽입되며, 상기 원통부재(45a, 45b)의 내벽을 따라 상기 피스톤(46)이 미끄럼운동이 자유롭게 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 선형액츄에이터.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 본체(12)의 상기 슬라이더(20)에 반대되는 측면에는 상기 본체(12)의 축과 동일축선상에 2이상의 위치결정홀(30a, 30b)이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 선형액츄에이터.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 피스톤(46)은 상기 피스톤(46)으로부터 외부로 방사상으로 돌출하는 리브(56)가 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 선형액츄에이터.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 다수의 리브(56)는 상기 피스톤(46)의 원주방향으로 소정의 각도로 격리되어 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 선형액츄에이터.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 피스톤(46)은 상기 원통부재(45a, 45b)의 내벽면에 접하는 상기 리브(56)에 의해 미끄럼 운동이 가능하도록 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 선형액츄에이터.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 위치결정홀(30a, 30b)은 소정의 간격으로 서로 격리되어 있고, 상기 관통홀(28)에 삽입되는 한 쌍의 원통부재(45a, 45b)에 의해 폐쇄되는 것을 특징으로 하는 선형액츄에이터.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 조정홀(51a, 51b)은 상기 피스톤(46)의 단부에 형성된 단면이 비원형 부분을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 선형액츄에이터.
