Claims (18)
- 초고분자 폴리올레핀층(A)과 상기 초고분자 폴리올레핀 이외의 열가소성 수지층(B)의 적어도 2 층으로 되며, 또한 최외층을 갖는 다층 적층물로서,상기 층(A)의 초고분자 폴리올레핀은 극한 점도[η]가 8∼25dl/g이고, MFR(190℃, 2.16kg 하중에서 측정)이 0.01g/10분 이하이며, 상기 열가소성 수지의 DSC 법으로 측정한 용융점이 상기 초고분자 폴리올레핀의 용융점보다 10℃~20℃낮으며,상기 최외층은 상기 초고분자 폴리올레핀의 배향층(A)으로 되며, 상기 열가소성 수지층(B)은 두께가 5~50㎛이며, 상기 다층 적층물의 X선 회절법에 의해 측정한 면배향 계수 "fa"가 0.20~0.60인 것을 특징으로 하는 다층 적층물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 다층 적층물의 X선 회절법에 의해 측정한 축배향 계수 "fc"가 0.05∼0.60인 것을 특징으로 하는 다층 적층물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 배향층(A)의 초고분자 폴리올레핀은 초고분자 폴리에틸렌인 것을 특징으로 하는 다층 적층물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 층(B)의 열가소성 수지는 에틸렌/α-올레핀 공중합체, 저밀도 폴리에틸렌, 에틸렌/비닐아세테이트 공중합체, 에틸렌/(메트)아크릴산 공중합체, 에틸렌/(메트)아크릴산 에스테르 공중합체, 방향족 비닐 화합물/에틸렌/부틸렌 블록 공중합체 및 방향족 비닐 화합물/에틸렌/프로필렌 블록 공중합체로 된 군으로부터 선택된 적어도 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 다층 적층물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 층(B)의 열가소성 수지는 불포화 카르복실산 또는 그 유도체로 적어도 부분 변성된 것을 특징으로 하는 다층 적층물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,금속층(C)을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 다층 적층물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 다층 적층물은 관 형상을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 다층 적층물.
- 극한 점도[η]가 8~25 dl/g인 초고분자 폴리올레핀을 제 2 스크류를 갖춘 스크류 다이로 제 1 스크류를 갖춘 압출기를 사용하여 용융 압출하는 단계와,스크류 다이 중에서 압출된 초고분자 폴리올레핀의 용융물을 스크류 다이의 상단에 구비된 환상 외부 다이로 제 2 스크류를 사용하여 압출하는 단계와,상기 외부 다이로 압출된 초고분자 폴리올레핀의 용융물을, 제 2 스크류의 상단에 구비되어 제 2 스크류와 함께 회전하는 맨드릴의 외면과 외부 다이의 내면에 의해 형성되어 위쪽으로 뻗은 환상 수지 통로를 통하여 통과시키고, DSC 법에 의해 측정한 용융점이 상기 초고분자 폴리올레핀의 용융점보다 10℃~20℃ 낮은 열가소성 수지의 용융물을 상기 환상 수지 통로 내의 상부 상에 압출함으로써, 초고분자 폴리올레핀의 용융물을 공급하여 관상 적층물을 형성하는 단계와,외부 다이의 상단으로부터 압출된 상기 관상 적층물을 팽창 및 수직 연신을 행하면서 위쪽으로 감는 단계로 된 것을 특징으로 하는 초고분자 폴리올레핀의 배향층을 갖는 다층 적층물의 제조 방법.
- 제 8 항에 있어서,상기 제 2 스크류 길이(Ls)에 대한 스크류 다이 출구의 내경(Ds)의 비(Ls/Ds)를 1.5 이상으로 설정하고, 맨드릴 길이(Lm)에 대한 외부 다이 입구의 내경(Dm)의 비(Lm/Dm)를 4∼70으로 설정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 초고분자 폴리올레핀의 배향층을 갖는 다층 적층물의 제조 방법.
- 제 8항에 있어서,외부 다이의 상단에서의 내경을 Dn으로 나타낼 때, 상기 열가소성 수지의 용융물과 상기 초고분자 폴리올레핀의 용융물을 외부 다이의 상단으로부터 수지 통로의 상류측 상에 Dn/5∼50Dn의 거리를 유지하는 위치에서 합류시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 초고분자 폴리올레핀의 배향층을 갖는 다층 적층물의 제조 방법.
- 제 8 항에 있어서,또 다른 열가소성 수지의 용융물을 상기 환상 수지 통로에 공급하여, 상기 열가소성 수지의 용융물과 상기 초고분자 폴리올레핀의 용융물이 합류하는 위치의 하류측 상에서 합류하도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 초고분자 폴리올레핀의 배향층을 갖는 다층 적층물의 제조 방법.
- 제 8항에 있어서,상기 초고분자 폴리올레핀은 초고분자 폴리에틸렌인 것을 특징으로 하는 초고분자 폴리올레핀의 배향층을 갖는 다층 적층물의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 스크류를 갖춘 압출기, 상기 압출기의 일단에 구비되며 제 2스크류를 갖춘 수직 스크류 다이 및 상기 수직 스크류 다이 및 상기 수직 스크류 다이의 상단에 구비된 화상 외부 다이를 구비하여, 극한 점도[η]가 8~25 dl/g인 초고분자 폴리올레핀의 용융물을 제 1 스크류에 의해 압출기로부터 스크류 다이로 압출하고, 상기 스크류 다이 중의 초고분자 폴리올레핀의 용융물을 제 2 스크류에 의해 외부다이를 통해 외부 다이 밖으로 압출하여, 용융 상태 중의 압출된 관상 성형품을 팽창 및 수직 연신하여 감는 초고분자 폴리올레핀의 배향층을 갖는 다층 적층물의 제조 장치에 있어서,상기 제 2 스크류의 상단에 연결되어 상기 제 2 스크류와 함께 회전하며, 상기 외부 다이의 환상 공간을 관통하는 맨드릴과,상기 맨드릴을 통과하는 상기 제 2 스크류의 하단으로부터 뻗은 가스 통로와,외부 다이의 내면과 맨드릴의 외면에 의해 형성된 환상 수지 통로의 측면에 형성되어, 상기 초고분자 폴리올레핀 외의 열가소성 수지의 용융물을 공급하는 도입구를 구비하여,상기 열가소성 수지의 용융물을 상기 도입구를 통하여 환상 수지 통로로 공급함으로써 상기 초고분자 폴리올레핀의 용융물층과 상기 열가소성 수지의 용융물층이 만나 관상 다층 적층물을 형성하고, 외부 다이의 상단으로부터 압출된 상기 관상 다층 적층물을 상기 가스 통로로부터 불어진 가스에 의해 상기 맨드릴의 상단에서 팽창시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 초고분자 폴리올레핀의 배향층을 갖는 다층 적층물의 제조 장치.
- 제 13항에 있어서,열가소성 수지 도입용 도입구는 외부 다이에 형성된 크로스헤드 다이부인 것을 특징으로 하는 초고분자 폴리올레핀의 배향층을 갖는 다층 적층물의 제조 장치.
- 제 13항에 있어서,열가소성 수지 도입용 도입구는 복수의 장소에 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 초고분자 폴리올레핀의 배향층을 갖는 다층 적층물의 제조 장치.
- 제 13항에 있어서,상기 제 2 스크류 길이(Ls)에 대한 스크류 다이 출구의 내경(Ds)의 비(Ls/Ds)를 1.5 이상으로 설정하고, 맨드릴 길이(Lm)에 대한 외부 다이 입구의 내경 (Dm)의 비(Lm/Dm)를 4∼70으로 설정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 초고분자 폴리올레핀의 배향층을 갖는 다층 적층물의 제조 장치.
- 제 13항에 있어서,상외부 다이의 첨단(출구)에서의 내경을 Dn으로 나타낼 때, 상기 열가소성 수지를 도입하는 도입구를 외부 다이의 상단으로부터 수지 통로의 상류측 상에 Dn/5~50Dn의 거리를 유지하는 위치에 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 초고분자 폴리올레핀의 배향층을 갖는 다층 적층물의 제조 장치.
- 제13항에 있어서,상기 환상 수지 통로가 하기 식(i) 및 (ii)S1/S2 = 0.5∼3.0 ( i )S2/S3 = 2.0∼10.0 ( ii )(식 중, S1은 외부 다이의 입구에서의 수지 통로의 단면적이고, S2는 외부 다이의 입구와 상기 도입구간의 중간점에서의 수지 통로의 단면적이고, S3는 상기 도입구에서의 수지 통로의 단면적이다)에 의한 조건을 만족시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 초고분자 폴리올레핀의 배향층을 갖는 다층 적층물의 제조 장치.
