Claims (12)
- 접착제의 주성분으로서 하기 화학식 1로 표시되는 분자구조를 갖는 무용제형 액상 아크릴 변성 실리콘 고분자를 화학식 2와 같은 분자구조를 갖는 테트라에틸오르소실리케이트(이하, TEOS라 지칭함)에 용해시킨 유·무기 복합형태의 고분자 용액과, 부성분으로서 탄산칼슘과 이산화규소를 함유하는 아크릴 변성 실리콘 고분자계 접착제 조성물.화학식 1이 식에서, l은 7.12, m은 3.52, n은 1.84 이다.화학식 2

- 제1항에 있어서, 아크릴변성실리콘고분자는 25℃에서의 점도가 100 내지 100,000cp 범위인 것이 특징인 아크릴 변성 실리콘 고분자계 접착제 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 아크릴 변성 실리콘 고분자가 실리콘 고분자계 접착제 조성물의 충 중량을 기준으로 30 내지 40중량% 정도의 범위로 사용되는 것이 특징인, 아크릴 변성 실리콘 고분자계 접착제 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 테트라에틸오르소실리케이트는 에탄올에 용해된 것인 아크릴 변성 실리콘 고분자계 접착제 조성물.
- 제5항에 있어서, 테트라에틸오르소실리케이트는 농도가 75 내지 80중량% 범위인 것이 특징인 아크릴 변성 실리콘 고분자계 접착제 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, TEOS는 실리콘 고분자계 접착제 조성물의 총 중량을 기준으로 약 23 내지 35중량% 범위의 양으로 사용되는 것이 특징인 아크릴 변성 실리콘 고분자계 접착제 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 이산화규소는 입도가 1.0~1.5mm 범위인 것이고, 실리콘 고분자계 접착제 총 중량을 기준으로 10 ~ 20중량% 범위의 함량으로 첨가되는 것이 특징인, 아크릴 변성 실리카 고분자계 접착제 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 탄산칼슘은 입도가 0.5mm 이하의 것이고, 실리콘 고분자계 접착제 총 중량을 기준으로 20 내지 30중량% 범위의 함량으로 첨가되는 것이 특징인, 아크릴 변성 실리카 고분자계 접착제 조성물.
- 아크릴 변성 실리콘 고분자를 테트라에틸오르소실리케이트(TEOS)에 용해시키는 단계 및 이 혼합물에 무기질 충전제로서 이산화규소와 탄산칼슘을 첨가하는 단계를 포함하는, 아크릴 변성 실리콘 고분자계 접착제 조성물의 제조방법.
- 제10항에 있어서, 아크릴 변성 실리콘 고분자는 총 조성물의 중량을 기준으로 30 ~ 40중량% 범위로 첨가되고 테트라에틸오르소실리케이트는 농도가 70 내지 80중량% 범위인 것이 23 ~ 35중량% 범위로 첨가되며, 탄산칼슘은 20 ~ 30중량% 범위로 첨가되고, 이산화규소는 10 ~ 20중량%로 첨가되는 것이 특징인, 아크릴 변성 실리콘 고분자계 접착제 조성물의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 기재한 아크릴 변성 실리콘 고분자계 접착제 조성물을 시멘트 몰탈에 도포하여 온돌용 마루바닥판을 시공하는 것을 포함하여, 유기휘발성화합물의 발생이 없는 온돌용 마루바닥판 시공 방법.
