Claims (4)
- 육각머리부(63)에 압축공기유입구(61)와 반대쪽으로 중심축을 이루는 젯트노즐팁(62)이 형성된 젯트에어노즐(60)과; 일측에는 상기 젯트에어노즐(60)이 결합되는 체결부가 형성되고 타측에는 중공형태의 브라운가스 공급실(52)과, 선단부에 노즐팁과 외측면에 원주방향으로 돌출부가 형성된 분출관(53)이 형성된 브라운가스건(50)과; 플렌지(46)와 브라운가스건(50)과 결합되는 건체결부(49)와 상기 건체결부(49)로부터 호퍼부(42)를 지나 중공을 이루는 쿨링에어관(43)과, 이 쿨링에어관(43)의 내경보다 작게 형성된 노즐팁(44)과, 상기 플랜지(46)의 원주상에 원통형태로 돌출되고 내측에 나사가 형성된 보호관체결부(45)와 상기 호퍼부로부터 보호관(30)의 내부로 쿨링에어를 공급하는 에어블로우홀(47)이 형성된 하우징(40)과; 외주면에 단열재(31)가 부착되어 상기 하우징(40)에 일체로 결합되는 보호관(30)으로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 브라운가스 연소촉진용 인젝터.
- 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 하우징에 결합되는 보호관(30)은 쿨링에어관(43)의 외측에 결합되며, 상기 에어블로우홀(47)을 통과한 에어가 쿨링에어관(43)을 쿨링하고, 선단부의 내측에는 브라운가스노즐팁(54,44)이 위치토록하여 분출하는 쿨링에어에 의해 상기 브라운가스노즐팁(54,44)의 과열을 방지하는 구성으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 브라운가스 연소촉진용 인젝터.
