Claims (10)
- 제1기판 상에 형성된 게이트전극과, 상기 게이트전극을 포함하는 제1기판 전면에 형성된 게이트절연막과, 상기 게이트절연막 상에 형성된 반도체층과, 상기 반도체층 상에 이격되어 형성된 소스 및 드레인전극과, 상기 소스 및 드레인전극을 포함하는 제1기판 전면에 형성되고 상기 드레인전극의 일부를 노출시키는 콘택홀이 형성된 보호막과, 상기 보호막 상에 형성되어 상기 콘택홀을 통해 상기 드레인전극과 전기적으로 접촉하는 화소전극을 포함하는 박막트랜지스터 어레이기판;제2기판 상에 블랙매트릭스와 상기 블랙매트릭스와 일부분 중첩하고 상기 박막트랜지스터 어레이기판에 형성된 소스 및 드레인전극의 이격영역과 대응하는 영역을 제외한 나머지 영역에 적(R), 녹(G), 청(B) 색상의 칼라필터와, 상기 칼라필터를 포함하는 제2기판 전체에 걸쳐 형성된 공통전극을 포함하는 칼라필터기판; 및상기 박막트랜지스터 어레이기판과 칼라필터기판 사이에 형성된 액정층을 포함하여 구성되며, 적(R), 녹(G), 청(B) 화소의 반도체층에 조사되는 빛의 양과 오프전류가 동일한 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시소자.
