Claims (3)
- 슬러지 처리공간의 한쪽에 투입호퍼(11)가 형성되고 이 투입호퍼(11)의 반대쪽 하부에 슬러지 배출구(12)가 형성된 건조기몸체(10); 이 건조기몸체(10)의 슬러지 처리공간을 관통하여 상하좌우 방향의 요동이 방지되도록 지지되고 그 외면에 길이방향으로 연속되게 슬러지를 이송 및 교반시키는 스크루날개가 형성된 중공축(20); 상기 건조기몸체(10)의 한쪽끝단에 중공축(20)을 회전시키는 구동장치; 상기 중공축(20)의 다른 한쪽에 설치된 버너(30)를 포함하는 열풍건조기에 있어서,상기 중공축(20)의 지지구조는 적어도 중공축(20)의 한쪽끝단부분에 중공축(20)의 지름보다 1.5 내지 3배의 지름을 갖는 칼라(25)가 형성되고 이 칼라(25) 주위의 건조기몸체(10)에 칼라(25)의 중심 축 방향으로 이동됨을 수용하면서 지지하는 4개의 롤러타입 베어링(45)으로 마련됨을 특징으로 하는 나선 축류식 열풍건조기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 중공축(20)의 스크루날개(21)는 외측에 속이 빈 산형의 공간을 연속적으로 형성된 된 것을 특징으로 하는 나선 축류식 열풍건조기.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 스크루날개(21)의 끝단부분에 연소가스가 배출되는 열풍분사공(22)이 천공되고 이 열풍분사공(22)이 슬러지에 의하여 막히지 않도록 하는 막힘 방지부재(23)가 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 나선 축류식 열풍건조기.
