Claims (7)
- 오수, 하수, 폐수의 처리에 따른 방류수, 지표수, 지하수, 계곡수 등의 정수처리 과정에서 입자성 물질이나 수중에 포함된 유·무기성 오염물질을 처리하는 수처리시스템에 있어서,내부에 카트리지필터가 구비되어 유입되는 원수 중 크기가 큰 콜로이드 등의 입자성 현탁물질을 카트리지필터를 통해 여과하는 여과조;상기 여과조를 통해 입자성 현탁물질이 제거된 여과수를 유입 저장한 후 그 내부에 오존(O3)을 주입 접촉시켜 오존(O3)에 의한 살균 소독 및 유·무기성 오염물질을 산화 제거하는 오존접촉조;상기 오존접촉조를 거쳐 살균 소독된 상태의 오존수에 포함된 미세세균 및 불순물을 걸러내는 한편 인체에 이로운 미네랄 성분은 통과시키는 한외여과필터(Ultra Filtration Firter)를 이용한 막분리수단;상기 막분리수단을 통해 정수처리된 처리수를 저장하는 저장조;상기 유입되는 원수 중에 조류(algae)의 농도가 높은 경우 유입원수를 오존접촉조로 바이패스시켜 카트리지필터의 폐색현상을 방지하는 바이패스유로관;상기 오존접촉조에 공급되는 오존(O3)을 발생시켜 오존접촉조 내부로의 공급을 통해 여과수에 1차 접촉시키는 오존공급장치;상기 오존접촉조에 공급되어 여과수를 살균 소독하고 난 후의 잉여오존(O3)을 일반 공기(O2)로 변환시켜 대기중으로 배출시키는 잉여오존제거장치;상기 막분리수단을 통해 정수처리되어 저장조에 저수된 처리수의 일부를 막분리수단으로 유입시켜 막표면에 쌓인 오염물질을 역세정시키는 역세정유로관과 상기 역세정유로관의 일측에 설치되어 저장조 내부의 처리수를 상기 막분리수단으로 강제 이송시키는 역세정펌프로 구성된 역세정수단; 및상기 물리적인 역세정에도 막표면에 쌓인 오염물질이 제거되지 않을 경우 약품세정을 통해 유·무기성 오염물질을 제거할 수 있도록 상기 역세정유로관의 일측에 세정약품( 0.1∼1N 용액)을 저장 공급하는 세정약품 저장조를 포함하여 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 간이정수처리시스템.

- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 오존공급장치에는 오존(O3)의 1차 접촉에 의해 생성된 오존수를 상기 오존공급장치를 통해 상기 오존접촉조로 공급하는 오존수공급관과 오존(O3)의 1차 접촉에 의해 생성된 오존수를 강제로 순환공급하기 위한 오존수 공급펌프가 더 구비되어 오존(O3)에 의한 1차 접촉과 오존(O3)에 의한 1차 접촉으로 생성된 오존수의 지속적인 순환에 의해 2차 접촉이 이루어져 질 수 있도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 간이정수처리시스템.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 막분리수단의 역세정으로 인하여 발생되는 역세폐수를 상기 오존접촉조로 순환시키는 역세폐수순환유로관;상기 역세폐수순환유로관의 일측에 설치되어 역세폐수를 외부로 배출시키는 역세폐수배출유로관; 및상기 역세폐수순환유로관과 역세폐수배출유로관 사이에 설치되어 역세폐수의 순환과 외부로의 배출을 제어하는 역세폐수제어밸브가 더 구비된 것을 특징으로 하는 간이정수처리시스템.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 상기 오존접촉조의 오존(O3)에 의한 반응과정에서 발생된 농축수를 상기 역세폐수배출유로관을 통해 배출시키는 농축수배출유로관; 및상기 농축수배출유로관의 일측에 설치되어 농축수의 배출을 제어하는 농축수제어밸브가 더 구비된 것을 특징으로 하는 간이정수처리시스템.
