Claims (4)
- 평균 입자직경이 0.28∼0.33㎛이고 겔 함유량이 65∼85%인 고무라텍스 45∼65중량부에 스티렌 및 아크릴로니트릴로 구성된 그라프트 단량체 혼합물 55∼35중량부를 그라프트 공중합시키는데 있어서, 전체 그라프트 단량체 혼합물 중 30∼60중량% 및 지용성 열분해 중합개시제를 혼합, 교반한 다음 고무질 중합체 45∼65중량부가 존재하는 반응기에 투입하고, 이어서 칼라안정제인 소듐포름알데히드술폭실레이트 0.005∼0.15중량부, 킬레이트제인 소듐에틸렌디아민테트라아세테이트 0.005∼0.15중량부와 함께 분자량조절제 및 이온교환수를 투입, 교반하면서 50∼60℃로 승온하고 계속 교반하여 1차 투입된 그라프트 단량체들이 팽윤된 고무입자 내부로 침투하도록 한 다음, 유화제 0.4∼1.0중량부 투입 후 반응기의 온도를 70∼75℃로 승온, 중합을 개시하고, 계속해서 10∼90분간 반응을 지속시켜 중합전환율이 93% 이상인 1차 그라프트 공중합체 라텍스를 제조하는 1단계;와 상기 1단계 반응에 의해 제조된 1차 그라프트 공중합체 라텍스의 존재하에 수용성 열분해 개시제를 반응기 내에 투입, 교반한 다음 잔량의 그라프트 단량체 혼합물 70∼40%와 분자량 조절제를 혼합하여 교반시킨 다음 연속투입하는 방법으로 2∼5시간에 걸쳐 투입하여 미량의 그라프트 단량체들이 일정한 속도로 그라프트 반응에 참여하게 하고, 그라프트 단량체 투입 시작 30분 내지 120분 경과 후 유화제 0.1∼1.0중량부를 투입하여 2차 그라프트 공중합체 라텍스를 제조하는 2단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내충격성 및 인장특성이 우수하고 자연색상이 향상된 열가소성 수지의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 1단계 그라프트 중합반응에 사용되는 지용성 열분해 중합개시제는 2,2'-아조비스부틸로니트릴인 것을 특징으로 하는 내충격성 및 인장특성이 우수하고 자연색상이 향상된 열가소성 수지의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 2단계 그라프트 중합반응에 사용되는 수용성 열분해 중합개시제는 포타슘퍼설페이트인 것을 특징으로 하는 내충격성 및 인장특성이 우수하고 자연색상이 향상된 열가소성 수지의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 그라프트 공중합체의 그라프트율이 40∼80%가 되게 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내충격성 및 인장특성이 우수하고 자연색상이 향상된 열가소성 수지의 제조방법.
