- 서열번호 1의 염기 서열로 표시된 핵산 분자.
- 제1항에 있어서, 서열번호 2의 폴리펩타이드를 코딩하는 HpYPS1 유전자인 핵산 분자.
- 서열번호 2의 아미노산 서열로 표시된 폴리펩타이드.
- 제3항에 있어서, 염기성 또는 이염기성 아미노산 잔기를 포함하는 단백질을 절단할 수 있는 한세눌라 폴리모르파 앱신1인 폴리펩타이드.
- 제3항에 있어서, 외래 단백질 분비 시그널로 사용되는 HpYPS1 폴리펩타이드의 분비 시그널 펩타이드.
- 한세눌라 폴리모르파 앱신1을 암호화하는 HpYPS1 유전자를 파쇄시킴으로써 앱신 활성이 감소된 한세눌라 폴리모르파 변이주를 제조하는 방법.
- 기탁번호 KCTC 10281BP로 기탁된 한세눌라 폴리모르파 변이주.
