Claims (16)
- 실행 동작 모드와 대기 동작 모드를 갖는 영상 표시 장치용 전원 장치 회로로서,전원 장치 제어기 회로(2)와;상기 전원 장치 제어기 회로(2)에 결합되어 상기 전원 장치 제어기 회로의 동작을 인에이블시키기 위한 제1 단자를 갖는 저항(R1; R4; R6)과;대기 동작 모드 기간중에 상기 영상 표시 장치에 출력 전압(5V)을 공급하는 대기 동작 모드용 전원 장치를 포함하고;상기 대기 동작 모드용 전원 장치는 상기 저항(R1; R4; R6)의 제2 단자에 결합된 2 차 권선(n3)을 갖는 대기 동작용 변압기(T1)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전원 장치 회로.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 2 차 권선(n3)은 상기 저항(R1; R4; R6)에 저전압을 공급하는 것인 전원 장치 회로.
- 실행 동작 모드와 대기 동작 모드를 갖는 영상 표시 장치용 전원 장치 회로로서,전원 장치 제어기 회로(2)와;상기 전원 장치 제어기 회로(2)에 결합되어 상기 전원 장치 제어기 회로의 동작을 인에이블시키기 위한 제1 단자를 갖는 저항(R4)과;상기 저항(R4)의 제2 단자에 결합된 2 차 권선(n3)을 갖는 대기 동작용 변압기(T1)와;상기 대기 동작용 변압기에 전원을 공급하는 자주(free-running) 발진기 회로(21)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전원 장치 회로.
- 삭제
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 2 차 권선(n3)은 상기 저항(R4)에 DC 전압(VDC)을 공급하는 것인 전원 장치 회로.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 DC 전압(VDC)은 정류된 주전원 전압(VREC)의 크기를 추종하는 것인 전원 장치 회로.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 DC 전압(VDC)이 정류된 주전원 전압(VREC) 대 상기 DC 전압(VDC)의 크기의 비가 1 차 권선(n1)의 권선수 대 상기 2 차 권선(n3)의 권선수의 비로서 일정하게 유지되도록 상기 정류된 주전원 전압(VREC)의 상기 크기를 추종하는 것인 전원 장치 회로.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 자주 발진기 회로(21)는 실질적으로 일정한 주파수로 발진하는 것인 전원 장치 회로.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 실질적으로 일정한 주파수는 주전원 전압(VREC)에 따르는 것인 전원 장치 회로.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 자주 발진기 회로(21)의 출력의 듀티 사이클은 실질적으로 일정한 것인 전원 장치 회로.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 대기 동작용 변압기(T1)의 1 차 권선(n1)으로부터 2 차 권선(n2)으로 전달되는 에너지는 실질적으로 일정한 것인 전원 장치 회로.
- 제11항에 있어서, 상기 전원 장치 회로는 상기 대기 동작용 변압기(T1)의 상기 2 차 권선(n2)에서의 단락 회로 상태에 대해 본질적으로 보호되는 것인 전원 장치 회로.
- 제12항에 있어서, 상기 2 차 권선(n2)에 의해 제공되는 전압은 병렬 전압 조정 기술에 의해 조정될 수 있는 것인 전원 장치 회로.
- 제13항에 있어서, 상기 병렬 전압 조정 기술은 제너 다이오드(VR1)를 포함하는 것인 전원 장치 회로.
- 제13항에 있어서, 상기 자주 발진기 회로는 블록킹 발진기(21)를 포함하는 것인 전원 장치 회로.
- 제15항에 있어서, 상기 블록킹 발진기 회로(21)는상기 대기 동작용 변압기(T1)의 1 차 권선(n1)에 결합된 드레인 전극을 갖는 트랜지스터(Q1)와;제1 단자는 상기 트랜지스터의 게이트 전극에 결합되고, 제2 단자가 2 차 권선(n3)에 결합된 제1 커패시터(C1)와;애노드는 상기 트랜지스터의 상기 게이트 전극에 결합되고, 캐소드가 상기 드레인 전극에 결합된 다이오드(D4)와;상기 트랜지스터의 소스 전극에 결합된 저항(R3)과;상기 저항과 병렬로 결합된 커패시터(C2)를 포함하는 것인 전원 장치 회로.
