Claims (1)
- 입력되는 직류 전압을 구형파로 변환하여 출력하는 구형파 생성부; 그리고상기 구형파 생성부로부터의 상기 구형파를 게이트 클록 신호에 따라 펌핑하여 2단계의 게이트 온 전압을 생성하는 복수의 축전기 및 복수의 다이오드를 포함하는 차지 펌핑부를 포함하는 게이트 온 전압 발생 회로.
