Claims (3)
- 온도 혹은 전원전압의 변동에 관계없이 일정한 목표 기준 전압을 주변회로로 전달하는 반도체 메모리 장치의 자동 트리밍 기준 전압 발생기에 있어서,외부 신호가 인가되면 기준 전압을 발생시키는 기준 전압 발생 수단;상기 기준 전압에 응답하여 다수의 비트로 이루어진 디지털 신호를 생성하는 A/D 컨버터; 및상기 디지털 신호에 응답하여 상기 기준 전압의 레벨을 높이거나 낮추기 위한 피드백 신호를 생성하여, 상기 기준 전압 발생 수단으로 피드백하는 디코더를 포함하고,상기 기준전압 발생수단은, 상기 피드백 신호에 응답하여 상기 기준 전압의 레벨을 높이거나 낮춰서 상기 기준 전압을 상기 목표 기준 전압으로 트리밍시킨 후에 상기 목표 기준 전압으로 트리밍된 기준 전압을 상기 주변회로로 전달하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동 트리밍 기준 전압 발생기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 디지털 신호는 1 내지 4 비트 또는 그 이상의 비트로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동 트리밍 기준 전압 발생기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 A/D 컨버터 대신에 레벨 디텍터를 이용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동 트리밍 기준 전압 발생기.
