Claims (7)
- 평균 직경이 50 내지 1000 ㎛이고, 안료에 대해 물함량이 최대 3 중량%이며, 벌크 밀도가 0.2 내지 1.8 g/㎤이고, 무기 안료 분말 및 분자량이 2000 미만이고 알킬렌이 에틸렌 또는 프로필렌인 폴리알킬렌 글리콜, 리그닌 술포네이트 및 20 ℃에서 2 중량% 수용액 중에 점도가 1000 mPa.s 미만인 셀룰로스 에테르로 구성되는 군으로부터 선택되는 보조제를 안료에 대해 보조제 당 0.1 내지 4 중량% 양으로 포함하며, 보조제의 총량이 0.5 내지 5 중량%를 초과하지 않으며, 2종 이상 또는 3종 이하의 보조제가 상이한 군으로부터 유래한 것인, 압축된 무기 안료 과립.
- 제1항에 있어서, 무기 안료 분말이 산화철, 이산화티타늄, 산화크롬, 바나듐산비스무스, 루틸 혼합상 안료 및 카본 블랙으로 구성되는 군으로부터 선택되는 무기 안료 과립.
- 제1항에 있어서, 보조제 중 1종 이상이 액상 형태로 존재하는 무기 안료 과립.
- 제1항에 있어서, 폴리에틸렌 글리콜, 리그닌 술포네이트 및 카르복시메틸셀룰로스가 보조제로 존재하는 무기 안료 과립.
- 제1항에 있어서, 리그닌 술포네이트 및 폴리에틸렌 글리콜이 보조제로 존재하는 무기 안료 과립.
- 제1항에 있어서, 카르복시메틸셀룰로스 및 폴리에틸렌 글리콜이 보조제로 존재하는 무기 안료 과립.
- 1종 이상의 안료 분말을 분자량이 <2000이고 알킬렌이 에틸렌 또는 프로필렌인 폴리알킬렌 글리콜, 리그닌 술포네이트 및 20 ℃에서 2 중량% 수용액 중에 점도가 1000 mPa.s 미만인 셀룰로스 에테르로 구성되는 군으로부터 선택되며, 2종 이상 또는 3종 이하가 상이한 군들로부터 유래한 보조제들과 안료에 대해 보조제 당 0.1 내지 4 중량% 양으로 혼합하는 단계,상기 혼합물을 압축 또는 브리케팅시키는 단계,상기 압축되거나 브리케팅된 생성물을 분쇄하는 단계,상기 분쇄된 생성물을 2개 이상의 분획으로 분리하는 단계,입자의 85 % 이상이 50 ㎛ 보다 크거나, 50 내지 1000 ㎛ 사이에 존재하는 분획을 생성물로서 회수하는 단계, 및이 공정으로부터 다른 분획 및(또는) 분획들을 방출하거나 재순환시키는 단계를 포함하는 압축된 무기 안료 과립의 제조 방법.
