Claims (5)
- 용융흐름지수(190℃/2.16kg)가 0.2 내지 4g/10min인 폴리에틸렌 수지 100중량부에 대하여, 용융흐름지수(230℃/2.16kg)가 0.1 내지 4g/10min인 폴리프로필렌 수지 0-100중량부, 실리카, 메틸렌 비스스테아라마이드, 에틸렌 비스스테아라마이드 또는 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 적어도 하나의 블록킹 방지제 0.5-5중량부, 탄산칼슘, 탈크, 카올린, 셀룰로오스 파우더 및 이산화티타늄으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 적어도 하나의 충진제 0-300중량부, 및 칼슘 스테아레이트, 징크 스테아레이트 또는 스테아릭산으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 활제 0.3-3.5중량부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 캘린더가 가능한 데코시트용 폴리에틸렌계 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 폴리에틸렌이 고밀도 폴리에틸렌, 저밀도 폴리에틸렌, 또는 선형 저밀도 폴리에틸렌인 것을 특징으로 하는 캘린더가 가능한 데코시트용 폴리에틸렌계 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 탄산칼슘의 평균입자 크기가 5-10㎛이고, 평균밀도가 2.5-2.9g/cm3인 것을 특징으로 하는 캘린더가 가능한 데코시트용 폴리에틸계 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 실리카의 평균입자 크기가 3.5-5.0㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는 캘린더가 가능한 데코시트용 폴리에틸렌계 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 조성물을 180-260℃로 유지된 플레네터리 압출기나 일축 또는 이축 압출기, 또는 버스 니이더에서 용융시킨 다음, 캘린더롤 표면온도가 180-230℃로 유지된 캘린더를 이용하여 필름 및 시이트를 제조하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리에틸렌 필름 및 시이트의 제조방법.
