Claims (9)
- 안전화에 장착되어, 외부 하중으로부터 착용자를 보호하는 선심에 있어서,섬유 강화 열가소성 수지 복합 재료로 이루어지고, JIS T 8101에서의 가죽으로 된 안전화인 일반 작업용 S종의 규격으로 규정되는 성능을 만족하며, 또한 중량이 1개당 45g 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 안전화용 경량 선심.
- 제1항에 있어서, JIS T 8101에서의 선심 단체의 압박 시험에 의한, 1100kgf 부하 시의 선심의 저면과 아치 후단의 가장 변위가 큰 지점과의 틈이 25mm 이상인 안전화용 경량 선심.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 선심의 두께 분포에 있어서, 선심 상승 부분의 두께에 비하여, 상승 부분으로부터 천정 부분으로 이행하는 어깨부의 두께 쪽이 두껍게 되어 있는 것인 안전화용 경량 선심.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 섬유 강화 열가소성 수지 복합 재료는 단층이고, 또한 상기 복합 재료에 있어서의 강화 섬유가 무방향적으로 분산되어 이루어지는 것인 안전화용 경량 선심.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 섬유 강화 열가소성 수지 복합 재료에 있어서의 강화 섬유의 평균 섬유 길이가 10mm 내지 50mm의 범위에 있는 것인 안전화용 경량 선심.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 섬유 강화 열가소성 수지 복합 재료에 있어서의 강화 섬유의 부피 함유율이 40% 내지 60%의 범위에 있는 것인 안전화용 경량 선심.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 섬유 강화 열가소성 수지 복합 재료에 있어서의 강화 섬유는 유리 섬유인 안전화용 경량 선심.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 섬유 강화 열가소성 수지 복합 재료에 있어서의 열가소성 수지는 나일론 6, 폴리프로필렌, 또는 폴리프로필렌의 공중합체 또는 변성체를 포함하는 폴리올레핀계 수지인 안전화용 경량 선심.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 섬유 강화 열가소성 수지 복합 재료는 테이프형의 섬유 강화 열가소성 수지 복합 재료를 10mm 내지 50mm의 길이로 절단하여, 무방향적으로 분산시키면서 퇴적시키고, 이것을 가열 및 가압 성형하여 이루어지는 시이트형이고, 상기 시이트형 섬유 강화 열가소성 수지 복합 재료를 스탬핑 성형함으로써 얻어지는 것인 안전화용 경량 선심.
