Claims (2)
- 전로 노체내화물의 수명을 향상시키기 위한 스플래쉬 슬래그코팅용 혼합분체에 있어서, 입도가 3mm이하이면서 20∼70중량%인 코크스와 잔여 함량으로 충전되는 마그네시아가 혼합된 마그네시아와 코크스의 혼합분체로 조성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전로의 내화물벽에 대한 스플래쉬 슬래그코팅용 혼합분체.
- 전로 노체내화물의 수명을 향상시키기 위한 스플래쉬 슬래그코팅방법에 있어서, 입도가 3mm이하이면서 20∼70중량%인 코크스와 잔여 함량으로 충전되는 마그네시아가 혼합된 마그네시아와 코크스의 혼합분체를 슬래그1톤당 30∼200kg의 양만큼 슬래그 직상부에 산소랜스를 통해 분사하여 전로노체 내화물에 스플래쉬되어 코팅되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전로의 내화물벽에 대한 스플래쉬 슬래그코팅방법.
