Claims (6)
- 길이방향 축(A)을 따라 연장되어 그 일단은 주 브레이크 실린더(10)의 하우징(12)과 결합된 단부벽에 의해 막히고 반대쪽 타단은 밀봉 요소(16)에 의해 밀봉되게 막히는 보어(14)를 가지는 하우징(12)과,밀봉되게 축방향으로 움직일 수 있도록 밀봉 요소(16)에 인접하여 상기 보어(14)내에 설치되고, 밀봉 요소를 통과하여 작동될 수 있으며, 단부벽과 피스톤(18)에 의해 보어(14)내에서 경계가 정해지는 압력 챔버(28)와 유체 저장조간의 유체 연결을 가능하게 하며 피스톤(18)이 작동되지 않을 때에는 밀봉 요소(16)에 작용하는 접촉부재(횡단핀(34))에 의해 개방 위치로 유지되는 중앙 밸브(20)를 가지는 피스톤(18)과,축방향으로 서로 이어지는 두 개의 별도로 된 환형 부분(42,44), 즉 탄성중합체 재료로 만들어지고 보어(14)쪽으로 면하는 첫 번째 부분(42)과 강성 재료로 만들어져 보어(14) 반대쪽으로 면하는 두 번째 부분(44)으로 형성되는 밀봉 요소(16)를 구비하는 유압식 차량 제동 시스템을 위한 주 브레이크 실린더에 있어서,상기 밀봉 요소(16)의 두 부분(42,44)은 분리 가능하게 서로 연결되고,강성 재료로 만들어진 부분(44)과 일체로 형성되고, 최대 단면 치수가 탄성중합체 재료로 만들어진 부분(42)의 단면 치수의 약 반보다 크지 않은 환형 원주 돌기부(46)가 탄성중합체 재료로 만들어진 부분(42)을 축방향으로 완전히 또는 거의 완전히 관통하는 것을 특징으로 하는 주 브레이크 실린더.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 환형 원주 돌기부(46)의 단면 치수는 그 자유단 쪽을 향해 감소하는 것을 특징으로 하는 주 브레이크 실린더.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 환형 원주 돌기부(46) 단면 치수의 감소는 계단식으로 또는 연속적으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 주 브레이크 실린더.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 환형 원주 돌기부(46)의 자유단은, 원주방향으로 서로 등간격으로 배치되고 축방향으로 연장되는 수 개의 핀형 연장부(48)로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 주 브레이크 실린더.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 강성 재료로 만들어진 부분(44)은 탄성중합체 재료로 만들어진 부분(42)의 반대방향으로 향하는 면 단부에 중공(中空) 원통형 연장부(50)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 주 브레이크 실린더.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 강성 재료로 만들어진 부분(44)은 탄성중합체 재료로 만들어진 부분(42)의 반대방향으로 향하는 면 단부에 중공(中空) 원통형 연장부(50)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 주 브레이크 실린더.
