Abstract
본 발명은 인체의 건강 유지 및 체력 강화에 유용한 새로운 조성의 건강보조식품에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 엘-아르기닌을 주성분으로 하고 그 외에 산화아연, 옥타코사놀, 비타민 C, 비타민 B1 염산염, 비타민 B2 및 비타민 B6 염산염과 생약재로서 동충하초 추출물, 산수유 추출물, 은행잎 추출물, 마늘 분말, 자라 분말을 함유하는 건강보조식품을 조성하여 성인이 400㎎용 캡슐에 담아 1회 2 내지 3 캅셀씩 1일 2 내지 3회 경구복용토록 함으로 인체의 건강 유지 및 강화에 유용한 새로운 조성의 건강보조식품을 제공할 수 있도록 한 것이다.

본 발명은 엘-아르기닌을 주성분으로 하고 그 외에 산화아연, 옥타코사놀, 비타민 C, 비타민 B1 염산염, 비타민 B2 및 비타민 B6 염산염과 여기에 생약재로서 동충하초 추출물, 산수유 추출물, 은행잎 추출물, 마늘 분말, 자라 분말을 혼합함으로서 생약재의 효능을 기대 할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라, 간편한 복용이 가능하게 하기 위한 것으로서 인체의 건강 유지 및 강화에 유용한 새로운 조성의 건강보조식품에 관한 것이다.
동충하초는 맥각균과에 속하는 동충하초균(Cordyceps sinensis (Berk.) Sacc.)이 인시목 곤충의 세끼벌레에 침입하여 만든 포자체를 벌레와 함께 말린 것으로, 기관지 확장 작용, 진정 작용, 최면 작용, 억균 작용이 있는 것으로 알려져 있으며, 한방에서는 폐와 신이 허하여 기침이 나면서 숨이 찬 데, 저절로 땀이 나는 데, 식은 땀, 음위증, 유정, 허리와 무릎이 시리고 아픈 데, 빈혈, 앓고 난 뒤 쓴다.
산수유는 층층나무과에 속하며, 키나무인 산수유 나무(Macrocarpium officinale 또는 Cornus officinalis Sieb. et Zucc.)의 열매를 말린 것으로, 이뇨작용, 혈압을 잠시 낮추는 작용, 단백질 소화를 돕는 작용, 항암작용, 억균작용, 줄어든 백혈구 수를 늘리는 작용 등이 알려져 있으며, 한방에서는 신허로 허리와 무릎이 시큰시큰하며 아픈 데, 유정, 오줌을 자주 누는 데, 음위증, 어지러움증, 귀울림, 귀머거리, 절로 땀이 나는 데, 달거리가 많은 데 쓴다.
마늘은 억균작용, 감기바이러스에 대한 억제작용, 건위작용, 혈압낮춤작용, 동맥경화예방, 항암작용, 면역부활작용, 이뇨작용, 자궁수축작용이 있는 것으로 알려져 있다.
자라분말은 자라(Trionyx sinesis Wiegman)의 등딱지를 말린 것으로 한방에서는 음이 허하여 오후가 되면 열이 나면서 식은땀을 흘리는 데, 어린이 경간, 달거리가 없는 데, 징가(碑絨), 현벽, 몸이 여위는 데 쓴다.
그러나, 종래에는 엘-아르기닌, 산화아연, 옥타코사놀, 비타민 C, 비타민 B1 염산염, 비타민 B2 및 비타민 B6 염산염의 성분을 함유하는 인체의 건강 유지 및 강화용 건강보조식품은 있었으나, 생약재 특히, 동충하초 추출물, 산수유 추출물, 은행잎 추출물, 마늘 분말, 자라 분말을 혼합한 건강보조식품이 개발되어 있지 않아 이들 생약재의 효능을 기대 할 수 없었으며, 또한 생약재의 특유한 맛 때문에 복용에 어려움이 있었다.

본 발명은 이와 같은 문제점을 감안한 것으로서, 본 발명의 목적은 엘-아르기닌을 주성분으로 하고 그 외에 산화아연, 옥타코사놀, 비타민 C, 비타민 B1 염산염, 비타민 B2 및 비타민 B6 염산염을 함유하며, 생약재로서 동충하초 추출물, 산수유 추출물, 은행잎 추출물, 마늘 분말, 자라 분말을 포함하는 인체의 건강 유지 및 강화에 유용한 새로운 조성의 건강보조식품을 제공하고자 하는 것이다.
상기한 목적을 달성하기 위하여 본 발명은 엘-아르기닌 74.2중량%, 산화아연 2.0중량%, 옥타코사놀 1.0중량%, 비타민 C 1.0중량%, 비타민 B1 염산염 0.1중량%, 비타민 B2 0.1중량% 및 비타민 B6 염산염 0.1중량% 에 생약재로서 동충하초 추출물 분말 9.0중량%, 산수유 추출물 분말 8.0중량%, 은행잎 추출물 분말 0.7중량%, 마늘 분말 2.0중량%, 자라 분말 1.0중량%과 스테아린산 마그네슘 0.8중량%를 혼합하여 400㎎용 캡슐에 봉입하는 분말약제로 구성되는 인체의 건강 유지 및 강화에 유용한 새로운 조성의 건강보조식품을 제공한다.
본 발명에 따른 건강보조식품은 400㎎용 캡슐로 포장한다.
본 발명의 제제형태로는 연질캅셀제, 경질캅셀제, 산제, 정제, 과립제 등으로 제조할 수 있으며, 경질캅셀제가 바람직하다.
본 발명에 따른 경질캅셀 제형의 건강식품은 통상적인 제조방법에 따라 엘-아르기닌, 산화아연, 옥타코사놀, 비타민 C, 비타민 B1 염산염, 비타민 B2 및 비타민 B6 염산염과, 동충하초 추출물 분말, 산수유 추출물 분말, 은행잎 추출물 분말, 마늘 분말, 자라 분말, 첨가보조제인 스테아린산 마그네슘을 균질하게 혼합하여 경질캅셀에 충진함으로써 제조될 수 있다.
본 발명의 조성물인 아르기닌은 화학식 C6H14N4402로된 염기성 아미노산으로 분자량 174.21이며, 물에 녹는다. E.슐체와 E.스타이거에 의하여 백화시킨 루피누스(콩의 일종)의 싹튼 것으로부터 단리 되었다. 그 질산염이 은(argent)처럼 흰색을 띠어 아르기닌이라고 이름을 붙였다. L-아르기닌은 단백질을 구성하는 아미노산의 하나로 존재하는데, 어류의 정자에 존재하는 단백질 프로타민에 속한다. 청어 ·연어 등에서는 구성 아미노산의 약 70 %가 아르기닌이다. 식물 종자 속에는 유리상태로도 존재한다. 아르기닌 잔기(殘基)는 그 구아니디노기(基)로 인해 강염기성을 나타낸다. 알칼리성으로 α-나프톨과 하이포아염소산을 작용시키면 특유한 빨간색을 띠므로 정량할 수 있다.
또한 생체 내의 대사경로로서는 H.A.크레브스 등이 발견한 오르니틴회로[尿素回路]의 구성성분이며, 아르기나아제의 작용에 의하여 요소와 오르니틴으로 분해된다. 시트룰린과 아스파라긴산으로부터 생성된다. 성인에게는 비필수아미노산이지만 유아에게는 필수아미노산이다. 암모니아나 대량의 아미노산의 독작용(毒作用)에 대하여 보호하는 작용이 있다. 뇌에는 아르기나아제가 존재하며, ｒ-구아니디노부티르산의 전구체인 아르기닌의 양을 조절하고 있다. 무척추동물에서는 아르기닌인산의 형태로 포스파겐으로서 근육의 수축에 중요한 역할을 하는 것 외에, 특이한 구아니딘염기(마그마틴 ·옥토핀)의 전구체로서 널리 존재하는 것으로 알려져있다.
이러한 L-아르기닌을 조성물로 하는 본 발명을 하기의 실시예를 통해 보다 상세하게 설명하기로 하나, 본 발명은 하기한 설명에 반드시 한정되는 것은 아니다.
<실시예 1>
본 발명의 동충하초, 산수유 및 은행잎은 각각 20 내지 60% 에탄올로 통상적인 방법에 따라 추출, 여과, 감압농축, 건조하여 제조하여 각각의 추출물 분말을 제조한다. 자라는 산 침전, 중화, 세척 건조한 뒤, 식용 유지에 넣어 100℃ 이상의 온도로 1 시간동안 가열하고, 건조시켜 분쇄함으로서 분말을 제조할 수 있다. 마늘은 음건 한 뒤 분쇄하여 분말을 제조할 수 있다.
이렇게 분말화한 생약재들은 상기 다른 약제와 혼합 봉입한다. 즉, 엘-아르기닌 74.2중량%, 산화아연 2.0중량%, 옥타코사놀 1.0중량%, 비타민 C 1.0중량%, 비타민 B1 염산염 0.1중량%, 비타민 B2 0.1중량%, 비타민 B6 염산염 0.1중량% 및 생약재로 동충하초 추출물 분말 9.0중량%, 산수유 추출물 분말 8.0중량%, 은행잎 추출물 분말 0.7중량%, 마늘 분말 2.0중량%, 자라 분말 1.0중량%, 비율로 균질하게 혼합하는데, 이때, 약제의 유동성을 높이기 위하여 스테아린산 마그네슘 0.8중량%를 혼합하여 균질하게 혼합 한 후 400㎎용 캡슐에 봉입한다.
제제예 1 : 경질캅셀제의 제조
본 발명에 의한 건강보조식품의 조성물은 실시예 1을 가지고 통상의 경질캅셀 제조방법에 따라 제조하였다. 제제예에서 스테아린산 마그네슘을 활태제로 사용하여 내용물의 최종 중량을 400㎎으로 하였다.

산화 아연 ------------------------ 8.0㎎

비타민 C ------------------------- 4.0㎎
자라 분말 ------------------------ 4.0㎎
은행잎 추출물 분말 --------------- 2.8㎎
비타민 B1 염산염 ----------------- 0.4㎎
비타민 B2 ------------------------ 0.4㎎
비타민 B6 ------------------------ 0.4㎎
상기와 같이 제제된 본 발명에 따른 건강보조식품은 400㎎용 캡슐을 1회 2 내지 3 캅셀씩 1일 2 내지 3회 경구 복용하는 것이 바람직하다.
상기 경구복용하는 건강보조 식품은 400㎎용 캡슐을 1회 2 내지 3 캅셀씩 1일 2 내지 3회로 한정하는 것은 아니나 건강보조식품으로 복용하는 것이므로 성인이 1일 4캅셀이하로 복용시에는 그 효과가 미미하므로 적어도 4에서 9캅셀은 복용하는 것이 바람지하며 1일 9캅셀 이상은 영양분이 배설되어 불필요한 복용이 되므로 400㎎용 캡슐을 1회 2 내지 3 캅셀씩 복용하는 것이 바람직한 것으로 판단된다.
이상에서와 같이 본 발명에 의한 건강보조식품은 엘-아르기닌을 주성분으로 하며 그 외에 산화아연, 옥타코사놀, 비타민 C, 비타민 B1 염산염, 비타민 B2 및 비타민 B6 염산염을 함유하는 건강식품과 여기에 생약재로서 동충하초 추출물, 산수유 추출물, 은행잎 추출물, 마늘 분말, 자라 분말을 혼합함으로써 생약재의 효능을 기대할 수 있을 뿐 아니라, 간편한 복용이 가능하게 하기 위한 것으로서 인체의 건강 유지 및 강화에 유용한 것이다.

- 엘-아르기닌, 인삼, 은행으로 이루어진 건강보조식품 조성물에 있어서,엘-아르기닌 74.2중량%, 산화아연 2.0중량%, 옥타코사놀 1.0중량%, 비타민 C 1.0중량%, 비타민 B1 염산염 0.1중량%, 비타민 B2 0.1중량%, 비타민 B6 염산염 0.1중량% 및 생약재로 동충하초 추출물 분말 9.0중량%, 산수유 추출물 분말 8.0중량%, 은행잎 추출물 분말 0.7중량%, 마늘 분말 2.0중량% 및 자라 분말 1.0중량%, 스테아린산 마그네슘 0.8중량%를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 생약재를 이용한 건강보조식품 조성물.
