Claims (9)
- 대략 650nm 파장의 S편광을 가지는 제1광을 생성 조사하는 제1광원과;대략 780nm 파장의 S편광을 가지는 제2광을 생성 조사하는 제2광원과;상기 제1광원과 상기 제2광원 사이의 광경로 상에 배치되는 것으로, 입사된 제1 및 제2광이 동일한 광로로 진행되도록 상기 제1 및 제2광 각각의 진행경로를 바꾸어주는 제1 및 제2경면을 가지는 큐빅형 빔스프리터와;입사된 제1 및 제2광을 집속시켜 광기록매체에 맺히도록 하는 대물렌즈와;상기 광기록매체에서 반사되고, 상기 대물렌즈와 상기 큐빅형 빔스프리터를 경유하여 입사된 제1 및 제2광을 수광하여 정보신호 및 오차신호를 검출하는 메인 광검출기;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 호환형 광픽업장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1경면은,입사된 P편광의 광은 투과시키고,입사된 S편광의 광에 대해서는 파장에 따라 투과율을 달리하여, 상기 제1광은 대부분 반사시키고, 상기 제2광은 대부분 투과시키도록 코팅 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 호환형 광픽업장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제2경면은,입사된 P편광의 광은 투과시키고,입사된 S편광의 광에 대해서는 파장에 따라 투과율을 달리하여, 상기 제1광은 대부분 투과시키고, 상기 제2광은 대부분 반사시키도록 코팅 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 호환형 광픽업장치.

- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 제1광원과 상기 큐빅형 빔스프리터 사이의 광로 상에 배치되는 것으로, 입사광을 회절투과시키는 제1그레이팅과;상기 제2광원과 상기 큐빅형 빔스프리터 사이의 광로 상에 배치되는 것으로, 입사광을 회절 투과시키는 제2그레이팅;을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 호환형 광픽업장치.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 큐빅형 빔스프리터와 상기 대물렌즈 사이의 광로 상에 배치되는 것으로, 입사광의 편광방향을 바꾸어주어, 입사된 직선편광의 광은 원편광의 광으로 그리고 입사된 원편광의 광은 직선편광의 광이 되도록 하는 1/4 파장판;을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 호환형 광픽업장치.
- 제6항에 있어서,상기 1/4 파장판은 상기 큐빅형 빔스프리터의 일면에 결합 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 호환형 광픽업장치.
- 제6항에 있어서,상기 1/4 파장판과 상기 대물렌즈 사이의 광로 상에 배치되는 것으로, 입사광을 편광방향에 따라 선택적으로 투과 또는 반사시키는 편광 빔스프리터와;상기 편광 빔스프리터에서 분기된 일 편광의 광을 수광하여, 상기 제1 및 제2광원에서 출력된 광출력을 모니터링하는 모니터링 광검출기;를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 호환형 광픽업장치.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 큐빅형 빔스프리터와 상기 대물렌즈 사이의 광로 상에 배치되어, 입사된 발산광을 집속시켜 평행광이 되도록 하는 콜리메이팅렌즈를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 호환형 광픽업장치.
