- 연소공기 브로워(114)라인 및 란스냉각 브로워(115)라인과 연결되어 있는 란스(111aa)를 구비하고 있는 입형식 소성로(111a, 111b)에 있어서,상기 연소공기 브로워(114)라인과 란스냉각 브로워(115)라인 사이에 에어압력 자동콘트롤밸브(308)가 구비된 에어 바이패스라인(307)이 설치되고,상기 에어압력 자동 콘트롤밸브(308)를 란스냉각 브로워(115)라인의 압력변화에 따라 자동으로 개폐시키는 계장박스(302)가 부가 설치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 입형식 소성로.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 계장 박스(302)는 란스냉각 브로워(115)라인의 압력을 측정하는 란스 냉각 브로워 압력 지시계(303)와,상기 란스 냉각 브로워 압력 지시계(303)의 압력에 따라 상기 에어압력 자동 콘트롤밸브(308)를 개폐하는 란스 냉각 브로워 압력 콘트롤계(304)로 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 입형식 소성로.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기 란스(111aa)는 곡간부를 곡면으로 처리하고 선단부에 화염 확산홈(301a, 301b, 301c, 301d)이 형성되어 있는것을 특징으로 하는 입형식 소성로.
- 제1항에 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기 란스(111aa)는 란스 탈락 방지용 플레이트(300)가 부착되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 입형식 소성로.
