Claims (5)
- 방전가공기용 아연 코팅 전극선 제조방법에 있어서,선재 형태의 소재(1) 외표면을 다이스를 통해 인발하는 과정에서 끝부분이 뾰족한 외협 내광의 형태로 성형처리하는 소재 표면 성형단계(10);상기, 소재 표면 성형단계(10)를 거친 소재를 용해된 아연 용해조(2) 내를 비교적 느린 속도로 통과시켜 성형된 소재(1)의 외표면에 아연이 접착 도금되도록 하는 초벌 도금단계(20);상기, 초벌 도금단계(20)를 거친 소재(1)를 아연 용해조(2) 내에 체류시켜 도금을 실시함과 더불어 초벌도금에서 부착된 아연(3)의 온도를 일정 온도 이상 취해지도록 하고, 이러한 소재(1)를 아연 용해조(2) 밖으로 이동시켜 표면에 접착된 아연 도금이 굳기 전에 400℃로 예열 된 사이징 다이스를 통과시켜 일정한 두께가 되도록 성형하는 본 도금단계(30);상기, 본 도금단계(30)를 거친 소재(1)를 가열된 파이프 내부를 일정 속도로 통과시켜 소재(1) 표면의 온도가 일정온도에 이르도록 한 후 선경보다 약 5μm ~ 10μm 직경이 작은 다이스를 통과시켜 초벌 및 본 도금에서 소재 표면에 부착된 아연(3)을 소재(1) 둘레에 동일한 두께로 평탄하게 재 성형하는 표면 성형단계(40);상기, 표면 성형단계(40)를 거친 소재(1)를 밀폐된 공간에 넣고 열풍을 순환시켜 제품이 고르게 가열되도록 하는 균질화 열처리단계(50); 및상기 균질화 열처리단계(50)를 거친 소재를, 유입구가 5μ, 중간 부분이 3μ, 배출구가 3μ ~ 1μ의 크기를 취하는 천연 다이아몬드로 제조된 인발 다이스(5)를 통과시켜서 소재의 표면을 매끄럽게 성형함과 동시에, 단면적이 0.3 ~ 3mm²로 도금된 선재 형태의 소재가 4 ~ 80배 이상이 되게 인발하는 인발단계(60)로 처리되는 것을 특징으로 하는 용융아연도금법을 이용한 방전가공기용 아연 코팅 전극선 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서 상기 초벌 도금단계(20) 중 아연 용해조(2)로 통과되는 소재(1)는 440℃ 내지 500℃로 용해된 아연 용해조(2) 내를 소재(1)의 단면적 0.3mm² 내지 3mm² 일때 분당 30m 내지 40m의 비교적 느린 속도로 진행하여 아연 용해조(2) 내에서의 체류 시간이 1초 내지 2초 범위에서 이루어지도록 함을 특징으로 하는 용융아연도금법을 이용한 방전가공기용 아연 코팅 전극선 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 본 도금단계(30) 중 아연 용해조(2)로 통과되는 소재(1)는 430℃ 내지 480℃로 용해된 아연 용해조(2) 내를 분당 50m 내지 70m로 통과하여 아연 용해조(2) 내에서의 소재(1) 체류 시간이 1초 내지 2초 범위에서 이루어지도록 함을 특징으로 하는 용융아연도금법을 이용한 방전가공기용 아연 코팅 전극선 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 표면 성형단계(40) 중 파이프로 통과되는 소재(1)는 400℃ 가열된 파이프 내부를 분당30 ~ 50m 속도로 통과하여 소재(1) 표면의 온도가 250℃ ~ 350℃에 도달되도록 함을 특징으로 하는 용융아연도금법을 이용한 방전가공기용 아연 코팅 전극선 제조방법
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 균질화 열처리단계(50) 중 밀폐된 공간에 넣어진 소재(1)는 초속 10m ~ 20m의 속도로 순환되는 120℃ ~ 180℃의 열풍에 의해 가열됨을 특징으로 하는 용융아연도금법을 이용한 방전가공기용 아연 코팅 전극선 제조방법.
