Abstract
본 발명은 배뇨 후 경과 시간 및 배뇨량을 지시하는 일회용 흡수제품으로써,
액체 투과성 상부시트, 액체 불투과성 배면시트, 솜털펄프, 고흡수성수지 등으로 구성된 일회용 흡수제품에 있어서, 그 구성요소에 뇨의 수분에 반응하는 뇨반응물질을 첨가하여 배뇨량 및 배뇨 후 경과시간을 지시하는 것을 특징으로 하는 발명이다.
Description
본 발명은 일회용 흡수제품에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게 설명하면 액체 투과성 상부시트(Top Sheet), 액체 불투과성 배면시트(Back Sheet), 솜털펄프(Fluff Pulp), 고흡수성 수지(Superabsorbent Polymer)등으로 구성되는 통상의 일회용 흡수 제품에 배뇨 후 경과 시간을 지시하는 부위를 첨가하여 사용자의 배뇨 후 경과 시간을 지시함으로써 보호자가 사용자의 효율적인 기저귀 교환 시기를 지시하는데 효과를 주는 일회용 흡수제품에 관한 것이다.
본 발명에서 일회용 흡수제품이라 함은 여러가지 생리적 작용에 의해 배설되는 체액을 흡수하는 제품 즉, 뇨(Urine) 및 변(Feces), 월경 분비액 및 질 분비액을 흡수하는 제품을 말하는 것으로 좀 더 구체적으로는 유아 또는 성인이 사용하는 일회용 기저귀(Disposable Diaper), 생리대(Sanitary Napkin) 또는 팬티라이너(Pantyliner) 등을 말한다.
본 발명은 이와같은 일회용 흡수제품에 일정시간 경과 후 뇨와 반응하여 색이 변화하는 물질 및 지시부위를 함유함으로써 배뇨량을 지시할 뿐만 아니라 사용자의 배뇨시 보호자가 용이하게 기저귀 교환 시기를 인지하도록 하여 기저귀의 장시간 착용으로 인한 피부 짖무름을 방지하도록 설계된 제품에 관한 것이다. 선행기술로서 한국특히 13313, 6064, 4095 등은 소리로써 뇨의 젖음을 알려주는 내용이고, 미국 특히 4231370, 4022211 등은 일회용 흡수제품의 외관상에서 색깔 변화로써 배뇨상태를 알려주는 내용이었다.
그렇지만 이 특허들은 일회용 흡수제품에 젖은 상태만을 알려주지만, 실질적으로 교환시기를 알려주는 것은 아니었다.
본 발명은 액체 투과성 상부시트, 액체 불투과성 배면시트, 솜털펄프, 고흡수성 수지 등으로 구성된 일회용 흡수제품에 있어서, 그 구성요소 중에 일정시간 경과 후 뇨의 수분과 반응하여 색이 변하는 물질을 첨가하여 사용자의 배뇨시 외부에서 시각적으로 인지함으로써 효율적인 기저귀 교환 시기를 지시하는 일회용 흡수 제품을 제공한다.
본 발명에서 뇨의 수분에 반응하는 물질로서는 (표 1)에 예시되어 있는 산·염기 반응물질을 사용하는 것을 원칙으로 하며 일정한 배뇨량을 지시할 수 있도록 액체 불투과성 배면시트에 하나 이상의 줄, 다양한 무늬, 혹은 적용부위 전체를 인쇄하는 방식으로 지시자를 뇨반응 물질로 제작하여 적용하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
본 발명에서 지시자의 색 변화 범위로서 배뇨량을 인지할 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하고 본 발명에서 뇨의 수분에 반응하는 물질로는 (표 1)에 예시된 산·염기 반응물질을 사용하며 대표적으로는 브로모페놀 블루(Bromophenol Blue) 및 이의 유도체를 사용한다. 반응보조제로서는 시트릭 액시드 모노하이드래이트(Citric acid monohydrate), 시트릭 액시드(Citric Acid), 타타릭 액시드(Tartaric Acad) 등의 액시드(acid)류를 사용한다. 브로모페놀 블루(Bromophenol blue)는 pH3 이하에서는 노란색(Yellow Color)을 나타내고 pH4.5 이상에서는 파란색(Blue Color)을 나타내는 pH 지시 물질로써 유용하며 이 특성을 이용하여 뇨지시 물질로서 일회용 흡수제품에 첨가한 것을 특징으로 한다.

본 발명에서 대표적으로 사용하는 뇨 반응 물질인 Bromophenol blue의 양은 고분자에 0.1wt%에서 10wt% 용해하여 일회용 흡수제품에 첨가하며, pH가 3.0 이하가 유지되도록 시트릭 액시드 모노하이드래이트(Citric acid monohydrate), 시트릭 액시드(Citric acid), 타타릭 액시드(Tartaric acid)와 같은 피부 안전성이 우수한 액시드(acid)류를 사용하여 초기의 색이 연노란색(White-yellow color)이 되기 위해 충분한 양을 함유하도록 하는 것이 특징으로 한다.
본 발명은 액체 투과성 상부시트, 액체 불투과성 배면시트, 솜틸펄프, 고흡수성 수지 등으로 구성된 일회용 흡수제품에 있어서 그 구성요소 중애 사용자의 일정량 배뇨시 일정 시간 경과 후에 보호자가 용이하게 기저귀 교환시기를 인지하도록 하여 기저귀의 장시간 착용으로 인한 피부 짖무름을 방지하도록 설계된 제품에 관한 것이다.
본 발명에서 액체투과성 상부시트는 통상의 일회용 흡수제품에 사용하는 공지의 것이며, 일반적으로 가장 많이 사용되고 있는 액체 투과성 상부시트는 PP나 PE, 혹은 PET 소재를 fiber나 filament 상태에서 열융착 등으로 제조한 부직포(Nonwoven)이다. 솜털펄프는 목재 펄프를 가공하여 솜털(Fluff)로 만든 것으로서 분비물을 흡수하는 역할을 하는 친수성 흡수물질로 통상의 일회용 흡수제품에 사용되는 공지의 것이며, 일반적으로 많이 사용되고 있는 것으로는 통기성 방수 필름, 비통기성 방수필름 및 생분해성 방수 필름이 있고 이러한 액체 불투과성 배면시트에 부직포를 라미네이트(Laminate)시킨 것도 사용될 수 있다.
본 발명은 주 조성물로 통상의 일회용 흡수제품에 사용되는 통상의 액체 투과성 상부시트, 솜털펄프 및 액체 불투과성 배면시트를 사용하고 이외에 보조 조성물로서는 공지의 것인 다음과 같은 것, 즉 티슈(Tissue), 접착테이프(Adhesive Tape) 또는 고정용 단추, 앞면 테이프(Frontal Tape), 허벅지 또는 허리용 탄성체 응가밴드(Barricr Cuff, Leg Standing Cuff), 접착성분(Hot Melt, Glue), 팬티 등 속옷에의 고정용 시스템 등을 선택적으로 사용한 통상의 일회용 흡수제품에 상기에서 언급한 뇨의 수분과 반응하는 물질을 각각 첨가하는 것이다.
본 발명에서 사용된 뇨 반응 물질들을 종래의 일회용 흡수제품에 첨가하는 방법은 여러가지 있을 수 있으며 그러한 방법의 몇 가지를 나타내면 다음과 같다.
(1) 액체 투과성 상부 시트 제조시에 함유시키는 방법
(2) 솜털 펄프 제조시에 함유시키는 방법
(3) 응가 밴드(Barrier Cuff) 제조시에 함유시키는 방법
(4) 티슈(Tissue) 제조시에 함유시키는 방법
(5) 일회용 흡수제품 제조시에 함유시키는 방법
상기의 (1)∼(5)의 방법은 각각의 조성물 제조시 뇨반응 물질들을 첨가하는 것을 말하며 좀 더 상세하게는 뇨반응 물질들이 이미 함유된 액체 투과성 상부시트, 솜털펄프, 응가밴드, 티슈를 일회용 흡수제품도 본 발명에 포함되는 것이다.
본 발명에서 뇨의 수분과 반응하는 물질들은 일반적으로 액체 불투과성 배면시트(Backsheet)에 적용하는 것을 특징으로 하며 이때에 액체 불투과성 배면시트는 외부에서 색 변화를 시각적으로 관찰하기에 용이하도록 투명한 것을 특징으로 한다.
이하 본 발명의 실시예를 상세히 설명한다.
제 1 도 및 제 2 도에 본 발명의 실시예가 개략적으로 도시되어 있다.
일회용 흡수제품(1)은 액체 불투과성 배면시트(2)에 배뇨량 및 배뇨 경과 시간 지시 부위(4)를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하며 사용자의 배뇨량 및 배뇨 경과 시간을 지시하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
본 발명에서 배뇨량 및 배뇨 후 경과 시간 지시 부위는 주 반응물질과 보조 반응 물질을 도포하여 배뇨시 뇨에 의해 일정시간 경과 후 색이 변하는 동시에 배뇨량을 지시하는 것을 특징으로 하며, 액체 불투과성 배면시트는 투명한 것을 사용하여 뇨 반응물질들의 색 변화를 시각적으로 쉽게 감지될 수 있어야 한다.
본 발명에서 뇨 반응물질이 뇨와 반응하여 색변화를 나타내는 데 걸리는 시간을 조절하는 요소는 뇨반응물질과 혼합된 고분자의 뇨의 수분에 대한 용해 속도이다. 즉 수분에 대한 용해 속도가 상이한 고분자 용액 내에 일정량의 뇨반응물질을 혼합한 후 투명한 액체 불투과시트에 적용하면 배뇨 후 뇨의 수분과 반응하여 고분자가 용해되는 시간으로써 뇨반응물의 색변화 시간을 조절할 수 있게 되는 것이다.
(표 2)에서 이하 본 발명에서 사용된 고분자를 예시하고 있다.
(표 2) 고분자의 종류
본 발명은 일정량의 뇨반응물질을 일정 함량비료 혼합된 수용성 고분자(Water Soluble Polymer)와 비수용성 고분자(Non-water soluble polymer)에 혼합시킨 후 액체 불투과성 배면시트에 적용시킴으로써, 배뇨시 뇨의 수분에 의해 고분자용액이 녹고 그 고분자 용액에 혼합된 뇨반응물질의 색 변화로 유아의 배뇨량 및 배뇨상태를 알 수 있다. 위의 경우에서 수용성 고분자와 비수용성 고분자의 혼합함량비에 의해 수분에 대한 용해 속도를 결절함으로써 배뇨 후 경과 시간도 결정할 수 있게 된다.
이하 본 발명에서 사용된 뇨 수분 반응 물질의 종류 및 고분자의 종류에 따른 색변화 시간을 실시예로 상세히 설명한다.
실시예 1~8은 뇨반응물질로 Bromophenol Blue를 사용했고, 실시예 9∼16은 Quinaldine Red 만을 사용한 것만 다르고 뇨 반응물질과 혼합한 고분자는 아래의 실시예 1~8의 순서와 같다. 그리고 실시예 17~96도 위의 경우와 동일하다.
실시예 1: 수용성 고분자(Luviskol VA-73E)와 비수용성 고분자(Advantage TMPLUE, 중화도 0% 사용)의 혼합비에 따라 적용
(1) 작용원리: 뇨반응 물질로 Bromophenol Blue를 사용하고 수용성 고분자인 루비스콜 브이에이-73이(Luviskol VA-73E)와 비수용성 고분자인 어드밴태지 티엠 플러스(AdvantageTM PLUS, 중화도 0% 사용)를 질량비에 따라 혼합시켜 액체 불투과성 배면시트에 적용시키면 뇨의 수분에 대한 용해 속도의 차이로 뇨반응물질의 색 변화 시간을 조절할 수 있다.
(2) 반응 물질의 종류 및 사용량(용매 10g 기준)
(3) 색소 발현 시간(Color Change Time) 측정 결과
투명한 액체불투과 배면시트에 가로 0.5cm, 세로 30cm, 두께 0.01mm로 세 즐을 적용한 일회용 흡수제품에 0.9% 염수영액(pH=6.5) 50㎖를 적용하면 1분에서 120분까지 색소 발현 시간을 조절할 수 있었다.
실시예 9∼96도 실시예 1-8과 비교시 뇨반응물질 및 고분자의 종류만 상이하고 작용원리나 반응물질의 사용량 및 수용성 고분자와 비수용성 고분자의 혼합비, 그리고 색소발현시간 측정방법은 동일하다.
뇨반응물질의 종류 및 고분자의 종류에 따른 색소 발현시간 측정결과를 (표 3)에 자세히 나타내었다.

실시예 9∼96은 실시예 1~8과 비교시 뇨 수분 반응물질의 종류만 상이하고, 다른 조성물은 동일하기 때문에 색깔 변화만 다르고 색소 발현 시간은 실시예 1~8 각각의 예와 동일하다.
본 발명은 이와 같은 일회용 흡수제품에 뇨의 수분과 반응하여 일정시간 경과 후 색이 변하는 물질을 첨가하여 유아의 배뇨 후 경과 시간 및 배뇨량을 지시하는데 유효할 뿐만 아니라 사용자의 배뇨시 보호자가 용이하게 기저귀 교환시기를 인지하도록 하여 기저귀의 장시간 착용으로 인한 피부 짖무름을 방지하도록 설계된 제품에 관한 것이다.
이상에서 상세히 설명한 본 발명은 유아의 배뇨 후 경과시간을 지시하는 물질들을 함유하는 일회용 흡수제품인 것을 그 특징으로 하는 바 소비자들에게 새로운 인식으로 상품적 가치를 증대시킴은 물론, 유아를 키우고 있는 보호자들에게도 기저귀의 교환시기에 관한 정보를 제공할 수 있는 새로운 개념의 일회용 흡수제품인 것이다.

Claims (8)
- 액체 투과성 상부시트, 액체 불투과성 배면시트, 솜털펄프, 고흡수성수지 등으로 구성된 일회용 흡수제품에 있어서, 그 구성요소에 뇨의 수분에 반응하는 뇨반응물질 0.1 내지 10중량%를 수용성 및 비수용성 고분자와 함께 첨가하며, 여기서 상기 뇨반응 물질은 주반응물질인 퀴날딘레드(quinaldine red), 2,4-디니트로페놀, 콩고레드(Congo red), 테트라브로모크레졸설포네프탈레인(bromocresol green), 에틸레드(ethyl red), 알리자린설폰산 나트륨염, 디브로모크레졸설포네프탈레인(bromocresol-purple),디클로로페놀설포네프탈레인(chlorophenol red), p-니트로페놀, 알리자린, 디브로모티모설포네프탈레인(bromothymol blue)와 반응보조제인 시트르산 모노하이드레이트로 이루어지며, 상기 수용성 고분자는 PVP/VA 공중합체(Luviskol VA-73E), PVP/디메틸아민 에틸메타크릴레이트(Copolymer 845), 메타크릴로일에틸 베타인/메타크릴레이트 공중합체(Amphoset) 또는 폴리비닐알콜이며, 또한 상기 비수용성 고분자는 비닐아세테이트/부틸말리에이트/이소보르닐아크릴레이트(AdvantageTM PLUS, 중화도=0%), 2-부텐디온산(Z) 모노부틸에스테르, 메타옥시에텐과의 폴리머(GANTREZ A-425, 중화도=0%)임을 특징으로 하는 배뇨량 및 배뇨 후 경과시간을 지시하는 일회용 흡수제품.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 일정한 배뇨량을 지시할 수 있도록 액체 불투과성 배면시트에 하나 이상의 줄, 다양한 무늬, 적용부위 전체를 인쇄하는 방식의 지시자를 뇨 반응물질로 제작하여 인쇄하는 것을 특징으로 하며 지시자의 색 변화 시간으로써 배뇨 후 경과시간을 인지할 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 일회용 흡수제품.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 배뇨 후 경과시간을 지시하는 지시자는 수용성 고분자와 비수용성 고분자의 혼합비를 조절함으로써 색소 발현시간을 조절하는 것을 특징으로 하는 일회용 흡수제품.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 배뇨량 및 배뇨 후 경과 시간을 지시하는 지시자를 종래의 일회용 흡수제품에 첨가하는 방법은 액체 투과성 상부시트 제조시에 함유시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 일회용 흡수제품.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 배뇨량 및 배뇨 후 경과 시간을 지시하는 지시자를 종래의 일회용 흡수제품에 첨가하는 방법은 액체 투과성 응가밴드 제조시에 함유시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 일회용 흡수제품.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 배뇨량 및 배뇨 후 경과 시간을 지시하는 지시자를 종래의 일회용 흡수제품에 첨가하는 방법은 티슈 제조시에 함유시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 일회용 흡수제품.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 배뇨량 및 배뇨 후 경과 시간을 지시하는 지시자를 종래의 일회용 흡수제품에 첨가하는 방법은 액체 불투과성 배면시트 제조시에 함유시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 일회용 흡수제품
- 제 14 항에 있어서, 액체 불투과성 배면시트는 뇨에 의해 뇨 반응 물질들의 변색을 시각적으로 용이하게 관찰할 수 있도록 투명한 시트인 것을 특징으로 하는 일회용 흡수제품.
