Claims (3)
- 알루미늄 또는 그 합금표면의 오염물질을 제거하기 위해 제 1차 래킹(Racking)공정(S110), 용제탈지(Solvent Cleaning)공정(S120), 수세공정(S130), 에칭(Etching)공정(S140), 수세공정(S150), 화학샌딩(Sanding)공정(S160), 수세공정(S170), 데스뮤트(Desmut)공정(S180), 수세공정(S190)을 순차적으로 수행하는 전처리공정(S100);상기 전처리공정(S100)을 거치면서 깨끗한 표면을 얻게 된 알루미늄 또는 그 합금에 1차 피막을 형성하도록 아노다이징(Anodizing)공정(S210), 수세공정(S220), 실링(Sealing)공정(S230), 수세공정(S240), 알루미늄 비점착성처리공정(S250), 수세공정(S260), 탕세(湯洗)공정(S270), 건조공정(S280)을 순차적으로 수행하는 제 1차 도금공정(S200);상기 1차 도금공정(S200)에서 1차 도금 처리된 알루미늄 또는 그 합금의 표면에 문양을 각인 또는 컷팅하여 임의의 문양을 형성되도록 한 다이어컷팅공정(S295); 및상기 다이어컷팅공정(S295)에 의해 컷팅된 알루미늄 또는 그 합금의 컷팅부위 즉 컷팅면에 2차 피막을 형성하도록 제 2차 래킹(Racking)공정(S310), 용제탈지(Solvent Cleaning)공정(S320), 수세공정(S330), 아노다이징(Anodizing)공정(S340), 수세공정(S350), 실링(Sealing)공정(S360), 수세공정(S370), 알루미늄 비점착성처리공정(S380), 수세공정(S390), 탕세(湯洗)공정(S400), 건조공정(S410)을 순차적으로 수행하는 제 2차 도금공정(S300);을 포함하여 이루어지되,상기 용제탈지공정(S120)(S320)은, 알루미늄 또는 그 합금의 표면에 유지성의 더러움을 제거하기 위해, 이물질 제거용 세척액 10%, 황산 10%, 물 80%의 혼합용액에 상온의 조건에서 알루미늄 또는 그 합금을 1 ∼ 5분간 침적하고,상기 알루미늄 비점착성처리공정(S250)(S380)은, 코팅된 알루미늄 또는 그 합금의 표면위에 물질이 달라붙지 않도록 하기 위해, 45 ∼ 55cc/ℓ의 농도와, 85 ∼ 95℃의 온도를 갖는 변색 방지용 실링제에 알루미늄 또는 그 합금을 5 ∼ 20분간 침적하는 것을 특징으로 하는 알루미늄 또는 그 합금의 이중도금방법.
