Claims (16)
- 기재층 위에 안료와 바인더 수지를 함유하는 잉크 흡수층 및 잉크 정착층을 포함하는 잉크 수용층을 도공한 잉크젯 프린터용 기록 매체에 있어서, 상기 잉크 정착층이 폴리에테르 실록산 공중합체를 함유하며, 상기 폴리에테르 실록산 공중합체의 분자량이 100 내지 10,000인 것을 특징으로 하는 잉크젯 프린터용 기록 매체.
- 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 폴리에테르 실록산 공중합체의 함량이 상기 잉크 정착층의 고형분 중량에 대하여 0.01 내지 3중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 기록 매체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 폴리에테르 실록산 공중합체가 디메틸실록산 * 메틸(폴리옥시에틸렌) 공중합체, 디메틸실록산 * 메틸(폴리옥시에틸렌 * 폴리옥시프로필렌) 실록산 공중합체, 트리실록산과 폴리에테르의 공중합체인 트리실록산 알콕실레이트 및 실록산과 폴리프로필렌 옥사이드의 공중합체인 실록산 프로폭실레이트로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 하나 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 기록 매체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 안료가 실리카, 알루미나, 탄산칼슘, 탄산마그네슘·탄산염, 황산바륨, 황산칼슘, 및 이산화티탄으로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택된 하나 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 기록 매체.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 안료가 분말 또는 졸 형태인 것을 특징으로 하는 기록 매체.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 안료의 함량이 상기 잉크 흡수층 또는 상기 잉크 정착층 각각의 고형분 중량에 대하여 50 내지 95중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 기록 매체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 바인더가 폴리비닐알콜, 폴리비닐피롤리돈, 메틸 셀룰로오즈, 히드록시프로필메틸 셀룰로오즈, 젤라틴, 폴리에틸렌옥사이드, 아크릴계 고분자, 폴리에스테르, 폴리에스테르 및 4급 암모늄 형태의 공중합체로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 하나 이상을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 기록 매체.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 바인더의 함량이 상기 잉크 흡수층 또는 상기 잉크 정착층 각각의 고형분 중량에 대하여 5 내지 50중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 기록 매체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 잉크 흡수층 또는 잉크 정착층 각각은 첨가제를 더 포함하며, 상기 첨가제가 가교제, 정착제, 염료, 형광염료, 광확산제, pH 조절제, 산화방지제, 소포 및 탈포제, 윤활제 및 컬링 방지제로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 하나 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 기록 매체.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 첨가제의 함량이 상기 잉크 흡수층 또는 잉크 정착층 각각의 고형분 중량에 대하여 0.015 내지 10중량%인 것을 특징으로하는 기록 매체.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 가교제가 옥사졸린, 이소시아네이트, 에폭사이드, 아지리딘, 멜라민-포름 알데히드, 디알데히드 및 붕소화합물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 하나 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 기록 매체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 기재가 합성지, 인화지, 폴리에스테르 필름, 폴리카보네이트 필름 또는 셀룰로오즈 아세테이트 필름인 것을 특징으로 하는 기록 매체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 기재와 잉크 수용층 사이에 언더 코팅층이 더 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 기록 매체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 기재에서 잉크 수용층이 형성되지 않은 일면 상에 후면 코팅층이 더 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 기록 매체.
- 제1항 내지 제15항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 잉크 수용층의 상부에 보호층이 더 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 잉크젯 프린터용 기록 매체.
