Description
Claims (3)
- 규소계 산업 폐기물을 미립자로 분쇄하는 단계(S1)와,상기 단계(S1)에서 분쇄된 규소계 산업 폐기물(Si계 폐기물)을 알루미늄(Al) 분말 및 탄소(C) 분말 중 적어도 하나와 폐기물 내의 SiO2 함량을 기준으로 소정의 비율로 혼합하는 단계(S2)와,상기 단계(S2)에서 혼합된 혼합물을 점화장치를 이용해 진공, 아르곤, 공기 또는 1내지 10기압의 질소 분위기에서 자전 연소 반응시키는 단계(S3)를포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 규소계 산업 폐기물로 내화물 분말을 제조하는 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 단계(S2) 후에, 상기 규소계 산업 폐기물(Si계 폐기물), 상기 알루미늄(Al) 및 상기 탄소(C)의 혼합물을 30 내지 100MPa의 성형압으로 성형하는 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 규소계 산업 폐기물로 내화물 분말을 제조하는 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 단계(S3) 전에, 상기 규소계 산업 폐기물(Si계 폐기물), 상기 알루미늄(Al) 및 상기 탄소(C)의 혼합물을 200℃ 내지 700℃의 온도로 예열하는 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 규소계 산업 폐기물로 내화물 분말을 제조하는 방법.
