Claims (4)
- 인간 조작자의 다자유도 운동정보를 추출하여 전기적 신호로 변환하는 다자유도 교시장치와, 상기 추출된 다자유도 운동정보를 네트워크 장치를 통하여 로봇으로 전송하기 위한 원격제어 처리장치를 구비하는 다자유도 교시수단과;상기 다자유도 교시수단으로부터 전송된 다자유도 운동정보를 받아 로봇의 운동을 제어하는 다자유도 마이크로 로봇 구동 제어수단과;마이크로 부품 조립환경의 작업영역 시각적인 정보를 효과적으로 제공하기 위한 마이크로 비전수단과;상기 원격제어 처리장치로부터 전송된 다자유도 운동정보를 그래픽 영상으로 생성하기 위한 그래픽영상 생성수단; 및상기 마이크로 비전수단으로부터의 작업영역 시각정보를 실제 영상으로 표시하며, 상기 그래픽영상 생성수단으로부터의 그래픽 영상을 가상 영상으로 표시하기 위한 영상표시수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 마이크로 조립용 다자유도 원격조종 로봇 시스템.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 다자유도 교시장치에는 미세부품 조립시 발생하는 힘의 정보를 조작자에게 제공하는 역감제시 기능이 포함되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 마이크로 조립용 다자유도 원격조종 로봇 시스템.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 마이크로 비전수단에는 단차가 큰 3차원 마이크로 구조물의 형상 인식을 위한 현미경과, 상기 현미경의 측면에 적어도 3개 이상의 CCD 카메라가 설치되어 영상 이미지 처리를 위한 영상처리장치를 거쳐 영상표시장치의 모니터를 통해 최종적으로 조작자에게 영상 이미지를 제공하는 것을 특징으로 하는 마이크로 조립용 다자유도 원격조종 로봇 시스템.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 영상표시수단의 일측에는 다자유도 로봇의 그래픽 모델이 가상영상으로 표시되고, 타측에는 다자유도 교시수단에 의해 움직이는 다자유도 마이크로 로봇 및 그리퍼의 실제 영상이 표시되는 것을 특징으로 하는 마이크로 조립용 다자유도 원격조종 로봇 시스템.
