Claims (7)
- 불활성 유기 용매 및 지방족 케톤을 함유한 용매 혼합물중에서 2-케토-L-굴론산을 수성 무기산과 반응시킴으로써 L-아스코르브산을 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 산 염화물을 첨가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 L-아스코르브산의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,불활성 용매 1부에 대해 산 염화물 0.01 내지 1부를 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,40 내지 100℃의 온도에서 반응을 수행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,2-케토-L-굴론산, 불활성 용매, 케톤 및 수성 무기산으로 구성된 혼합물을 가열하고, 후속적으로 산 염화물을 첨가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,산 염화물이 탄소수 1 내지 4의 지방족 카복실산 클로라이드인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,산 염화물이 티오닐 클로라이드인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,산 염화물이 아세틸 클로라이드, 옥살릴 클로라이드, 포스겐 및 디포스겐을 포함하는 그룹으로부터 선택되는 지방족 카복실산 클로라이드인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
