Claims (6)
- 내부에 적어도 하나 이상의 자석을 구비하는 종동자석부를 포함하고, 상기 종동자석부에 연결된 임펠러가 회전함에 따라 흡입구를 통하여 유입된 유체가 토출구를 통하여 빠져나가도록 구성된 펌프헤드; 및 내부에 적어도 하나 이상의 자석을 구비하고, 구동모터의 출력축에 연결되고, 그리고 상기 펌프헤드와 소정 간격 이격되어 위치하는 주동자석부;를 구비하고, 상기 구동모터의 회전에 의하여 상기 주동자석부가 회전함에 따라 상기 종동자석부가 회전하여 상기 임펠러를 회전시키는 자석펌프에 있어서,상기 종동자석부의 자석은 복수개의 알니코자석이고, 그리고 상기 주동자석부의 자석은 복수개의 네오디움자석인 것을 특징으로 하는 비동질형 고온 무누출 자석펌프.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 종동자석부는 제1자석하우징이고, 상기 펌프헤드는 상기 흡입구 및 토출구를 구비하는 펌프헤드케이스, 및 중심부에서 상기 펌프헤드케이스를 향하여 연장되어 그 주위를 상기 제1자석하우징이 회전할 수 있도록 고정회전축을 구비하고 상기 펌프헤드케이스를 밀봉하는 압력판을 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 비동질형 고온 무누출 자석펌프.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 펌프헤드의 연결축의 중심을 축 방향을 따라 관통하는 통공이 형성되고, 상기 제1자석하우징의 가운데 부분에 관통공이 상기 통공에 연결되도록 형성되고, 그리고 상기 제1자석하우징과 상기 압력판 사이에 상기 관통공과 연결되도록 통로가 형성되어, 상기 흡입구를 통하여 유입된 유체가 상기 통공, 관통공, 및 통로를 따라 순차적으로 이동할 수 있도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 비동질형 고온 무누출 자석펌프.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 제1자석하우징의 상기 압력판과 대향하는 측면에 복수개의 서브블레이드가 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 비동질형 고온 무누출 자석펌프.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 고정회전축 외주면에 다수개의 그루브가 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 비동질형 고온 무누출 자석펌프.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 그루브는 축방향과 평행하거나 나선형으로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 비동질형 고온 무누출 자석펌프.
