Claims (1)
- 배기가스 입자화를 위한 반응부(1)와, 상기 반응부(1)에 연통되며 분진제거를 위한 여과집진부(2)와, 상기 여과집진부(2)의 하단에서 상기 반응부(1)에 연하여 설치된 반응제 재순환장치(3)로 구성된 반응제 재순환 장치를 구비한 다이옥신 저감설비에 있어서,상기 반응부(1)는 몸체부분이 세로로 상단에서 하부에 연하여 격벽(11a)으로 분할된 좌방(11b)의 상부에 인입구(11c)가 설치되고 반응조(11)내의 격벽(11a)의 하부에는 반응제 분쇄기(11d)가 설치되고 상기 좌방(11b)과 하부에서 연통되게 절곡되어 상방으로 연장된 우방(11e)은 상기 여과집진부(2)로 통하게 상방으로 연장되게 구성된 반응조(11)와, 상기 반응조(11)의 하부에는 중간에 반응제 배출구(12a)가 형성되고 일단에는 반응제 투입구(12b)가 형성되고 타단에는 재순환 투입구(12c)가 형성되고 수평으로 설치된 반응제 이송컨베어(12)를 구비하고,상기 여과집진부(2)는 상기 반응조(11)의 우방(11e)의 상부와 연결되어 있고, 상기 여과집진부(2)의 상부에는 백필터(21)가 복열로 배치되고, 하방에는 분진 배출컨베어(23)가 설치되고,상기 반응제 재순환 장치(3)는 상기 여과집진부(2)의 하부에 설치되며 호퍼(31)가 설치된 이송컨베어(32)와, 상기 이송컨베어(32)의 하부에 설치되고 수분 분사장치(36)가 설치된 믹싱컨베어(35)와, 상기 믹싱컨베어(35)의 하부에 설치되며 상기 반응제 이송컨베어(12)와 동일선상에 일체로 구성된 재순환컨베어(37)로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 반응제 재순환 장치를 구비한 다이옥신 저감설비.
