- 방사성물질의 저장에 사용하는 부재를 제조하는 방사성물질 저장부재의 제조방법에 있어서,알루미늄분말과 중성자 흡수재분말을 혼합하는 공정과,혼합분말을 가압함으로써 예비성형체를 성형하는 공정과,예비성형체를 무가압하의 불활성가스 분위기중에서 소결하여 빌렛으로 하는 공정과,진공소결시의 열을 사용하여 빌렛을 압출성형함으로써 다 사용된 연료집합체 수납용 바스켓을 구성하는 각파이프 또는 판재, 또는 다 사용된 연료의 안내관에 삽입하는 봉체를 성형하는 공정을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방사성물질 저장부재의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 예비성형체의 중량밀도를 75% 이상 95% 이하로 한 것을 특징으로 하는 방사성물질 저장부재의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 혼합에 메커니컬 얼로잉을 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방사성물질 저장부재의 제조방법.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 상기 메커니컬 얼로잉에 볼밀링을 사용함과 동시에 미리 공시재에 첨가하는 원소가 주성분인 볼을 사용하고, 볼밀링중의 볼의 마모에 의해 상기 알루미늄 매트릭스내에 상기 볼의 원소의 첨가를 행하도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 방사성물질 저장부재의 제조방법.
- 제 2, 3, 5, 6 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 압출성형한 후, 다 사용된 연료집합체 수납용 바스켓을 구성하는 각파이프 또는 판재, 또는 다 사용된 연료의 안내관에 삽입하는 봉체를 압출시킨 상태로 하거나 또는 자연시효시키는 공정을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방사성물질 저장부재의 제조방법.
- 알루미늄분말과 중성자 흡수재분말을 혼합한 혼합분말을 중량밀도가 75% ∼ 95% 가 되도록 성형한 것이며, 또한 분말끼리가 소결에 의해 융착되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 방사성물질 저장부재의 압출성형용 빌렛.
- 메커니컬 얼로잉에 의해 알루미늄분말을 편평화함과 동시에 당해 알루미늄분말에 대해 분쇄한 보론 또는 보론화합물이 끼워 넣어지도록 분산된 혼합분말을 중량밀도가 75% ∼ 95% 가 되도록 성형한 것이며, 또한 분말끼리가 소결에 의해 융착되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 방사성물질 저장부재의 압출성형용 빌렛.
- 다 사용된 연료의 저장 또는 수송용 용기의 구조재로서 사용하는 것으로, 알루미늄분말이 고강도성을 부여하기 위한 Ti, Zr 및 이들의 화합물 중의 하나 이상의 첨가원소를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방사성물질 저장부재의 압출성형용 빌렛.
- 알루미늄분말과 중성자 흡수재분말의 혼합분말을 냉간 정수압 성형법 또는 냉간 일축방향 가압에 의해 성형한 예비성형체를 무가압상태에서 진공소결하여 빌렛으로 하고, 상기 빌렛을 유도가열수단에 의해 가열하여 압출성형한 것을 특징으로 하는 다 사용된 연료집합체를 수용하는 각파이프.
- 방사성물질의 저장에 사용하는 부재를 제조하는 방사성물질 저장부재의 제조방법에 있어서,알루미늄분말과 중성자 흡수재분말을 혼합하는 공정과,혼합분말을 가압함으로써 예비성형체를 성형하는 공정과,예비성형체를 진공핫프레스에 의해 소결하여 빌렛으로 하는 공정과,유도가열수단에 의해 빌렛을 가열하는 공정과,유도가열한 빌렛을 다이로 압출성형함으로써 다 사용된 연료집합체 수납용 바스켓을 구성하는 각파이프 또는 판재, 또는 다 사용된 연료의 안내관에 삽입하는 봉체를 성형하는 공정을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방사성물질 저장부재의 제조방법.
