Claims (5)
- 화면을 구현하는 액정패널 및 백라이트 어셈블리가 조립고정되도록 지지하는 몰드프레임, 하부커버프레임 및 메탈섀시를 포함하는 액정표시장치 모듈에 있어서,측면에 홀더가 형성되고, 상기 홀더에는 서로 단차형성된 탑면과 단차부가 형성되며, 상기 홀더의 탑면 하방에는 내측으로 단차부와 수평하게 슬릿이 형성된 몰드프레임과;상기 몰드프레임의 배면 일측에 부착되어 체결되고, 상기 몰드프레임과 체결시 상기 홀더 위치와 대응된 부위에 슬릿체결부가 형성되며, 상기 슬릿체결부에는 상기 홀더의 슬릿에 삽입되는 슬릿삽입부가 형성된 하부커버프레임과;상기 몰드프레임 및 하부커버프레임 결합체의 전면 가장자리와 측면을 지지하고, 상기 몰드프레임 홀더의 단차부에 맞물리도록 요입굴곡진 이탈방지홈을 구비한 메탈섀시를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치 모듈
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 홀더는 몰드프레임이 금형에서 제조될 때 일체로 제조된 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치 모듈
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 홀더는 별도 제조된 후 몰드프레임에 부착조립된 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치 모듈
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 슬릿삽입부는 슬릿체결부의 연결부를 모듈의 내측으로 절곡시키되 상기 슬릿의 폭과 동일한 폭으로 평탄하게 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치 모듈.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 몰드프레임의 홀더와, 상기 하부커버프레임의 슬릿체결부와, 상기 메탈섀시의 이탈방지홈은 서로 조립가능하게 대응되는 위치에 형성되어 있으며, 직사각형의 모듈일 경우 각변마다 적어도 1개소 이상 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치 모듈.
