Claims (6)
- 연료공급배관(10)의 외측으로 산소공급배관(20)이 위치되고, 상기 산소공급배관(20)의 외측으로 공기공급배관(30)이 장착되어 연소공기와 더블어 산소를 공급하여 연료를 연소시키는 분사시키는 산소부화 가스버너에 있어서,상기 연료공급배관(10)의 선단에 장착된 보염기(40)의 외경(D1)이 산소노즐(22)의 직경(D2)보다 커서 수직 상향으로 배치된 산소노즐(22)이 이물질의 낙하에 의한 폐색이 방지되고; 그리고,상기 산소노즐(22)의 선단위치가 보염기(40)의 후방측에 위치되고, 공기공급유로내에 위치되어 산소와 공기의 혼합후 연소가 이루어지도록 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 산소부화 가스버너.
- 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 연료공급배관(10)은 그 선단에 1개의 직진노즐(14)과 다수의 경사노즐(16)을 갖는 원뿔형 연료노즐부(12)를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 산소부화 가스버너.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 직진노즐(14)의 면적이 전체 연료 노즐(14)(16) 면적의 25% 내지 40%임을 특징으로 하는 산소부화 가스버너.
- 제3항에 있어서, 다수의 경사노즐(16)의 분출각이 버너축(H)에 대하여 40 내지 50°인 것을 특징으로 하는 산소부화 가스버너.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 보염기(40)는 선단이 원기둥부(42)이고, 후방은 경사면(45)인 것을 특징으로 하는 산소부화 가스버너.
