Claims (8)
- 제 1 및 제 2롤스탠드를 사용하여 길이에 따라 두께가 변하는 슬래브를 압연하는 방법으로서,상기 제 1 및 제 2롤스탠드 사이의 슬래브 내에 일정한 장력을 유지함과 동시에 상기 제 1 및 제 2롤스탠드를 통하여 슬래브를 진행시키는 단계, 및상기 양 롤스탠드의 출구에서 일정한 두께를 유지하는 단계를 포함하는,길이에 따라 두께가 변하는 슬래브를 압연하는 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 제 1롤스탠드의 회전속도 및 상기 제 2롤스탠드의 토오크를 일정하게 유지하는 단계를 더 포함하는,길이에 따라 두께가 변하는 슬래브를 압연하는 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 제 1 및 제 2롤스탠드 사이의 슬래브 내에 일정한 소요 장력이 얻어질 때까지 상기 제 2롤스탠드의 회전속도를 일정하게 유지하는 단계, 및 상기 제 1롤스탠드의 토오크를 제어하는 단계를 더 포함하는,길이에 따라 두께가 변하는 슬래브를 압연하는 방법.
- 제 3항에 있어서,상기 제 1롤스탠드 내의 압연력(FW1)과 상기 소요 장력으로부터 기준 토오크 값(Mref)이 결정되는,길이에 따라 두께가 변하는 슬래브를 압연하는 방법.
- 제 4항에 있어서,상기 기준 토오크 값(Mref)이 다음의 식에 따라 결정되고,여기에서, FW1 는 상기 제 1롤스탠드 내의 실 압연력이고,FW1,AV 는 상기 슬래브가 상기 제 2롤스탠드에 도달하기 전의 상기 제 1롤스탠드 내의 평균 압연력이고,MW1,AV 는 상기 슬래브가 상기 제 2롤스탠드에 도달하기 전의 상기 제 1롤스탠드 내의 평균 토오크이며,C는 상기 소요 정격 장력을 조정하기 위한 계수인,길이에 따라 두께가 변하는 슬래브를 압연하는 방법.
- 제 5항에 있어서,상기 계수 C는 다음의 식에 따라 결정되고,여기에서, R1 은 상기 제 1롤스탠드의 롤 직경이고,Tref는 상기 제 1 및 제 2롤스탠드 사이의 상기 슬래브 내의 소요 정격 장력인,길이에 따라 두께가 변하는 슬래브를 압연하는 방법.
- 길이에 따라 두께가 변하는 슬래브를 압연하기 위한 장치로서,2개 이상의 롤스탠드와, 상기 제 1 및 제 2롤스탠드 사이의 슬래브 내에 일정한 장력을 유지함과 동시에 상기 제 1 및 제 2롤스탠드를 통하여 상기 슬래브를 진행시키고 상기 양 롤스탠드의 출구에서 일정한 두께를 유지시키기 위한 수단을 포함하는,길이에 따라 두께가 변하는 슬래브를 압연하는 장치.
- 제 7항에 있어서,가변하는 두께를 평가하는 평가 유닛을 더 포함하는,길이에 따라 두께가 변하는 슬래브를 압연하는 장치.
