Claims (8)
- 지하 구조물의 벽체의 시공이음부 또는 거푸집이음부에 V자홈으로서 깊이가 2cm로 형성된 홈과 홈내에 삽입된 직경 1~1.5cm인 유공관과 유공관을 고정시키기 위한 유공관 고정구와 향후 그라우팅을 위하여 시공이음부 또는 거푸집이음부의 지하 구조물 벽체 연결면까지 형성한 홈과 홈내에 삽입된 유공관과 유공관에 삽입된 마개로 이루어진 벽체간이방수장치에 있어서,상기 유공관을 지하 구조물의 벽체의 시공이음부 또는 거푸집이음부에 설치하는 것은 벽체의 시공이음부 또는 거푸집이음부에 부착설치하고, 지하 구조물벽체 연결면에는 일정한 크기의 홈을 형성하고, 홈내에 관을 매설하며, 지하에 매설되지 않는 쪽에는 주입관을 관에 삽입하며, 일측에는 유공관을 일정길이 연장하여 관에 삽입한 것을 특징으로 하는 벽체 간이방수검사장치.

- 지하 구조물의 벽체에 발생되는 누수부위에 시행하는 그라우팅방법으로서,(a) 지하 구조물의 벽체를 면정리하는 단계;(b) 지하 구조물의 벽체의 시공이음부 또는 거푸집이음부에 거푸집에 의하여 길이방향으로 형성된 면목에 의하여 V자 또는 사다리꼴 형태로 된 홈을 설치하는 단계;(d) 형성된 홈내에 유공관을 삽입하고, 유공관 고정구로 유공관을 고정하는 단계;(e) 지하 구조물 벽체 연결면에 삽입된 유공관의 끝단에 마개로 막는 단계;(f) 지하 구조물의 벽체에 프라이머를 바르고 방수시트를 부착하며 그 위에 보호몰탈을 타설양생하여 방수를 마감하는 단계;(g) 방수시공이 완료된 후에 유공관 또는 지하 구조물 벽체에 누수가 진행되어 해당부위에 설치된 유공관의 마개를 제거하고, 일정한 압력으로 그라우팅액을 주입하고 주입구를 마개로 밀봉하는 단계로 이루어진 누수지수 그라우팅방법에 있어서,상기 (b)와 (d)단계의 사이에 (c) 단계로서 지하 구조물의 벽체의 시공이음부 또는 거푸집 이음부에 유공관을 부착설치하고, 지하 구조물 벽체 연결면에는 일정한 크기의 홈을 형성하고, 홈내에 관을 매설하고, 지중에 매설되지 않은 쪽에는 주입관을 관에 삽입하며, 일측에는 유공관을 일정길이 연장하여 관에 삽입한 것을 특징으로 하는 벽체 간이 방수검사장치 및 그를 이용한 누수지수 그라우팅 방법.
