- 열교환기(3) 튜브 내벽을 스폰지 볼과 같은 세정체를 이용하여 자동 세척하는 장치에 있어서, 열교환기의 입구측 유체 본관(1)에 세정체투입용벤츄리(2)가 설치되고 출구측 유체 본관(1)에 세정체회수용 벤츄리(4)가 설치되며, 상기 세정체회수용 벤츄리(4) 출구측에 세정체 분리기(5)가 설치되어 있고, 상기 세정체 분리기(5)는 세정체 회수관(11)과 연통되게 설치되어 있고, 세정체투입용 벤츄리(2)와 세정체회수용 벤츄리(4)는 세정체 투입관(12) 및 세정체반송유체 회수관(14)과 연통되게 설치되어 있고, 상기 세정체 투입관(12)과 세정체 회수관(11)사이에는 세정체 회수기(19)가 설치되어 있고, 상기 세정체 회수기(19)의 하부에는 세정체반송유체 유입관(13) 및 세정체반송유체 회수관(14)과 연통되게 설치되어 있고, 상기 세정체 투입관(12), 세정체 회수관(11), 세정체반송유체 유입관(13) 및 세정체반송유체 회수관(14)의 유로에는 각각 전자밸브(15,16,17,18)가 설치되되, 상기 세정체분리기(5)는 유체입구(5a), 유체 제 1출구(5b), 유체 제 2출구(5c) 및 원통형 체(5f)가 구비되어 있고, 유체입구 반대측 즉 유체 제 2출구(5c) 측 외곽 코너부분을 경사진 모양으로 하고, 유체 제 2출구(5c) 종단에 세정체 홀더(5d)가 장착되어 있고, 세정체 홀더(5d) 내부에 소용돌이 생성돌기(5e)가 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 유체자력을 이용한 열교환기 튜브 자동세정장치.
- 제 7항에 있어서, 상기 세정체 분리기(5)는 설치현장 여건에 따라 유체 제 1출구(5b) 및 유체 제 2출구(5c)의 장착 각도가 다르게 변할 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 유체차력을 이용한 열교환기 튜브 자동세정장치.
- 제 7항에 있어서, 상기 세정체 회수기(19)는 덮개(19b)가 열고 닫음이 가능한 구조로 되어있고, 상부에는 사이트글라스(19a)가 장착되어 있고, 내부에 외부로 인출이 가능한 구조의 원통형 체(19d)가 장착되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 유체차력을 이용한 열교환기 튜브 자동세정장치.
