Claims (5)
- 산호 유래 인산칼슘계 다공체에 있어서, 실리콘이온을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 산호 유래 인산칼슘계 다공체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 실리콘 함량이 0.1∼5 중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 산호 유래 인산칼슘계 다공체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 하이드록시아파타이트, 트리칼슘포스페이트 및 CaCO3의 복합체인 것을 특징으로 하는 산호 유래 인산칼슘계 다공체.
- 실리콘 이온을 함유하는 산호 유래 인산칼슘계 다공체의 제조방법에 있어서, 천연산호를 수열반응 후에 실리콘이 용해되어 있는 유기용매중에서 솔보써멀처리하여 실리콘이온을 함유하는 인산칼슘계 다공체를 합성하는 공정을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 산호 유래 인산칼슘계 다공체의 제조방법.
- 실리콘이온을 함유하는 산호 유래 인산칼슘계 다공체를 이용한 의료용 재료.
