Claims (4)
- 원통형상으로 몸체로 구성되어 실린더 블럭의 상부에 소정 간격으로 인입되는 실린더 라이너에 있어서,몸체의 중간부를 기준으로 상부(32) 측은 외경은 크고 하부(34) 측은 외경은 상대적으로 적은 크기로 외주연이 2단인 실린더 라이너(30)가 형성되어지되, 상기 실린더 라이너(30)는 실린더 블럭(20)의 상부에 소정의 간격만이 유지된 채로 가깝게 위치되도록 안치되고, 서로 이웃하는 실린더 라이너(30)의 틈 사이로 냉각수가 흐를 수 있도록 형성되어지되,상기한 상부(32)의 중상측 외주면에는 단면형상이 호형상인 그루브(33)가 전둘레에 걸쳐서 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 실린더 라이너의 냉각구조.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,서로 이웃하는 실린더 라이너(30)의 상부(32) 위치 간의 간극(G)은 0.4~0.6mm인 것을 특징으로 하는 실린더 라이너의 냉각구조.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기한 실린더 라이너(30)의 하부(34) 하측단의 외주연은 모따기(35)된 것을 특징으로 하는 실린더 라이너의 냉각구조.
