Abstract
Description
Claims (4)
- 광이 방출되는 광원을 광섬유에 패키징하기 위한 하우징에 있어서,상기 광섬유 방향으로 볼록한 곡면을 가져 상기 광섬유로 광을 집속시키는 집속부분 및 상기 집속부분의 반대쪽 하부면에 위치하여 소정 경사각으로 기울어진 평면의 경사면을 가져 상기 광을 반사시키는 반사부분으로 이루어진 렌즈를 포함하며,상기 렌즈는 상기 광원에서 방출된 광의 일부를 광 수신 포토다이오드로 반사시키고, 상기 반사부분을 투과한 광을 상기 집속부분으로 광섬유에 집속시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 광 송신기의 하우징.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 렌즈는,상기 하우징과 동일한 재질인 광학 플라스틱 재질로서 일체형으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 광 송신기의 하우징.
- 제 1항 및 2항에 있어서,상기 반사부분의 경사면은,금속 박막같은 고반사율의 박막으로 코팅된 것을 특징으로 하는 광 송신기의 하우징.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 광원과 광 수신 포토다이오드간의 거리는,상기 반사렌즈의 경사면과 상기 발광방향의 각이 10∼35도 범위를 가지며 상기 광원과 상기 경사면 중심사이의 거리가 0.3∼2mm일 때, 1∼2mm인 것을 특징으로 하는 광 송신기의 하우징.
