Claims (2)
- 예혼합 가스연소 버너에 있어서,버너의 전체 염공부가 분리 가능하여 열팽창에 의한 변형 방지에 유리하도록 전면이 개구되고 내부가 중공된 튜브형상을 가지고, 그 상단면 양쪽 가장자리선 및 내측에 일정간격을 두고 형성된 다수개의 염공으로 이루어진 염공부(21)가 배치되며, 이 염공부(21) 사이사이에 일정 공간의 안착부(22)가 형성된 구조로 이루어진 튜브형 버너(20)와;상기 튜브형 버너(20)에 형성된 안착부(22)에 장착되도록 저면에 핀구조물(32)이 형성된 플레이트형 판재로 이루어지고, 이 판재의 상면 양쪽 가장자리선을 따라 슬릿 형태로 일정간격을 두고 형성된 다수개의 염공으로 이루어진 염공부(31)가 배치되는 구조로 플레이트형 버너(30)로; 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 분리된 염공부를 갖는 예혼합 가스연소 버너.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 튜브형 버너(20)와 플레이트형 버너(30)의 염공부(21,31)를 구성하는 다수개의 염공은 균일한 크기로 타공 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 분리된 염공부를 갖는 예혼합 가스연소 버너.
